In 1993, the U.S. admitted in US Public Law 103-150 that it violated its own Constitution, its treaties, international law by perpetrating an outrageous armed theft of the Kingdom of Hawai`i and the forced American citizenship of Hawaiian national citizens.America recognized in 1894, and again in 1993, that the Kingdom of Hawai`i has a right to exist.The Hawaiian Nation has a right and obligation to enact and dictate land laws which prevent the selling of its lands to foreign speculators at prices which deny native nationals from living on their own home islands at an affordable price.The Hawaiian nation has a right and obligation to protect and defend the quality of life, land, water, ocean and air. The Hawaiian nation has a right and obligation to its citizens to provide the best in education, health care and housing.We Love Our Nation As Much As You Love Yours.How Would You Like It If Your Land Was Stolen?

"Hawai'i TV Evening Update"

Join me as i go one on one with Mckinley High School Principal Ron Okamura. In this interview, Ron and I discuss and talk about how Mckinley High School got started, then we talk about the kind of Hawaiian History they teach at Mckinley High School, then we talk about the ROTC office that they have right on the Mckinley High School Campus. We then zero in on the Mckinley Statue to find out and see if they really do teach the children at Mckinley High School about Hawai'i being annexed to the United States, or if they teach the chidren that there was "No Treaty of Annexation." We then talk briefly about the demonstration that was done by Hawaiian Independence Alliance on President's Day on the Mckinley High School Grounds and see what Ron had to say about that.

AFFORDABLE HOUSING HOMELESS ALLIANCE IN HALEIWA

Aloha. I've volunteered since December 18, 2009 and finally became official under Americorp. Houseless in Hawaii is an issue in Haleiwa and throughout the State of Hawaii. In Haleiwa, my agency service more Kanaka Maoli than any other race. Rgardless, we are in flux and may have to relocate if we do not find another site. Please send a prayer to AKUA so we may remain in Haleiwa to service clients.AHHA provides housing support and advocate for clients who need food, clothing, etc. In the midst of all challenges we face, houselesness does exist. What is the solution? Affordable housing is most likely, however even for myself, it cost to much. I would have to rent with another friend or more to cover cost.A friend was more to living on the 'aina rather than housing. Perhaps the choice of not paying for something is ideal, but when the vision of being houseless exist, it may be easier for a single male than a woman with children. Regardless, men are more likely to persist if chose this lifestyle, but the bottom line is that everything cost money and houselessness does exist and no easy solution.Would an expectation to live in a house to much to ask rather than camp? These are common questions raised everyday, yet others have no care or place to call home living on the beach. As for myself, I advocate in be half of clients and empower them to persist against all odds.If you have any suggestions or kokua, shoot a holler in "POST."namaka'eha

HOW THE US PLANS TO STEAL THE HAWAIIAN NATION THRU THE AKAKA BILL

By their own laws the US cannot simply walk in and take Hawaiian land titles and erase the word "Royal" and replace it with "United States" Patent.They and the fake state of Hawai`i have never had "Clear Title" since Jan 17, 1893. They have all known this for a long time.The only way the United States will ever be able to get clear title to the Hawaiian Islands is if Hawaiians give it to them.This is why title to the Hawaiian Islands never transferred to the United States by the Newlands resolution.The Newlands resolution relied on a treaty of Annexation from the republic of Hawai`i. But the republic never owned title because the Kingdom of Hawai`i never gave it to them.But now they have a plan - they're going to get Hawaiians to give title to them.How Will They Do That?They're going to register a majority of Hawaiians to sign onto the Office of Hawaiian Affairs Kau Inoa roll.They are going to get the Akaka bill passed, which creates a "Native Hawaiian Governing Entity."They are going to get Hawaiians to elect officers to that government.They are going to make sure those governing documents give the officers of the government the authority to give away title in negotiations.They are going to get the majority of Hawaiians on the Kau Inoa roll to vote for the new governing documents to reorganize the Hawaiian government.That government authorized and approved by the majority of Hawaiians is going to sit down at the negotiating table with the United States and trade land title for cash and benefits.Many people believe that only the Kingdom of Hawai`i is authorized to give a way title to the Hawaiian Islands,and they are correct, but only as long as the kingdom remains intact.If the majority of its subjects revolt by forming a new government, the kingdom no longer exists.This is the effect of popular revolution. The Akaka bill is only the bait. The hook is the formation of a new government and the negotiations between the US and the new government.As long as Hawaiians don't bite the bait, the hook is harmless.The Akaka bill is not intended to settle any claims. The bill does not tell Hawaiians, but asks them to form a government that can and will extinguish Hawaiians claims.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE AKAKA BILL & A FREE HAWAI`I?

A Free Hawai`i is a sovereign state with dominion, the right to join the UN, and fly it's own flag.More important, independent states have a well-defined set of rights under international law, such as the right not to be invaded and belligerently occupied.On the other hand, under federal recognition and the Akaka bill, Hawai`i would technically become a "captured nation," meaning that international law could not prohibit the US commencing aggression and total extermination of its indigenous Hawaiian population.Even worse, Native recognition would be conditional only after extinguishing Hawaiian Kingdom Citizenship political status - your right to exist.US law would not grant full autonomous self-rule and would in fact destroy territorial integrity which continues to exist right now, even as you read these words.Why reject "native recognition" for a Free Hawai`i ?Independence is a formal recognition of Hawai`i's territory and laws. It's subjects are not under US jurisdiction.The Hawaiian Kingdom still has its own bill of rights, constitution and comprehensive complied laws.Only by the assertion of our Dominion and Hawai`i Territorial Authority can we protect our beloved homeland with international support.

Taking a Poll: Are you a Hawaiian National or a Native Hawaiian???

If there is one thing we all can agree upon, whether you are a "Hawaiian National" or if you are someone that claims to be a "Native Hawaiian," is we all wholeheartedly believe that we all should be "Ruled by Law." But the next step or phase that we take, whether as a "Hawaiian National," or a "Native Hawaiian" is where conflict, division, and disagreements take place. Even though we all agree to be "Ruled by Law," this is where we all need to see why there is a huge gap between the "Hawaiian Nationals," and the "Native Hawaiians," even though we all agree to be "Ruled by Law."

The "Hawaiian Nationals" "Rule of Law" that they depend and rely on is one that makes them one with one another and one with nature that is all around us. That "Rule of Law" stems from the "Law of Nations." The "Native Hawaiian's" "Rule of Law" that they depend and rely on is one that is dictated by a department of a corporation that is almost 5,000 miles away from Hawai'i called the "Department of Interior." The "Department of Interior" is a department located in Washigton D.C. that is founded on doctrines that support "White Supremacy" and one that you have to negotiate with and ultimately have them tell you what you can and can not do, think, and be.

With that being said, can all of you leave a post stating if you are a "Hawaiian National," or a "Native Hawaiian?" After we get as many people from Maoliworld participating in this poll, the next discussion we will have is to share why you chose to be a "Hawaiian National," or a "Native Hawaiian?" TODAY IS LA KU`OKO`A - HAWAIIAN INDEPENDENCE DAY

In the Kingdom of Hawai`i November 28 was an official holiday called La Ku`oko`a, or Independence Day. This was the day in 1843 when England and France formally recognized Hawai`i's independence.His Hawaiian Majesty King Kamehameha III deemed it prudent and necessary to dispatch a Hawaiian delegation to the United States and then to Europe with the power to negotiate treaties and to ultimately secure the recognition of Hawaiian Independence by the major powers of the world.The Hawaiian delegation, while in the United States of America, secured the assurance of U.S. President Tyler on December 19, 1842 of its recognition of Hawaiian independence, and then proceeded to meet Sir George Simpson in Europe and secure formal recognition by Great Britain and France.As a result of this recognition, the Hawaiian Kingdom entered into treaties with the major nations of the world and had established over ninety legations and consulates in multiple seaports and cities.November 28 was thereafter established as an official national holiday to celebrate the recognition of Hawai`i's independence.But in 1893, an illegal intervention into Hawai`i's affairs by the U.S. resulted in a "fake revolution" against the legitimate Hawaiian government, and a puppet oligarchy set itself up with its main purpose being Hawai`i's annexation to the United States.Hawaiians protested and celebrated Ka La Ku`oko`a anyway, telling the story of the national heroes who had traveled to Europe to secure Hawai`i's recognition.We celebrate La Ku`oko`a - Hawaiian Independence Day to remember that Hawai`i was a fully recognized member of the world family of nations, and its independence is still intact under prolonged illegal occupation.

SUCCESS! - AKAKA BILL PROTEST STOPS SNEAK ATTACK!Hawai`i senator Daniel Inouye reacted to this morning’s Akaka bill protest in Honolulu by denying he planned to sneak the Akaka bill into a US federal appropriations bill in order to get it passed into law.“I have never suggested that the Akaka Native Hawaiian Recognition Bill be passed and adopted as part of the defense appropriations process. I don’t know where this nonsensical suggestion originated,“ stated the senator.“Our sources in Washington say otherwise,” remarked Leon Siu, one of the protest coordinators. “Besides, if he wasn’t planning to do it, why did he need to deny it?” asks Siu. “I think we hit a nerve. As Shakespeare put it: ’Methinks thou doth protest too much...”Over one hundred protestors gathered at the corner of Beretania and Punchbowl streets this morning holding signs and drawing public attention to Inouye’s well-established track record of using the “back-door” approach to getting legislation passed in Washington, DC. The Akaka bill would benefit a select few while disenfranchising the majority of Hawai`i’s citizens.“We thank Senator Inouye for his statement and accept his word the Akaka bill will not be attached to any other legislation,” remarked Siu. “Maybe now the senator will actually hold open congressional hearings on the bill in Hawai`i in 2010 and find out what people really think about this legislation. I can tell you this – it will be an eye-opener.”The Akaka bill, formally known as the Native Hawaiian Reorganization Act of 2009 would reclassify native Hawaiians as Native Americans.Federal recognition has been a disaster historically for native peoples in the US who, under the grossly incompetent administration of the US Department of Interior, end up reclassified as wards of the federal government.As recently as last week, the Blackfoot tribe of Montana settled a long-standing lawsuit with the US federal government for pennies on the dollar after the US Department of Interior mismanaged, lost and stole billions of dollars of Blackfoot Nation resources and funds.

The Great Shift

Aloha Ohana,Just writing a few thoughts about some mana'o that was channeled though me while in meditation one day.I have been sensing that theres a great shift taking place, within the collective consciousness of the Human family. Kalamai the big words but I feel even though I use these words they still fail me when trying to express what is being brought forth from the divine.As I was being taught about something very powerful called the Law of One. I have come to realize that our Ancestors knew of this as did many ancient civilizations and cultures. The law of one is basically the idea that on some level we are all connected and interconnected, and that we all play a very important role, no matter how little or insignificant we may feel. But nonetheless there is a greater purpose for which we are all being called to come into the awareness of this Oneness.Why now?, I do not know, but here is what was shared with me:"All of our lives the Law of One call us to unite with the All. In true reality separateness is but an illusion, a moment of transformation, transmutation. When the illusion of Time and Space is no more, then we will see the true Oneness. For true Oneness to be achieved, it must be realized in, through, and out of all form and formlessness. "what was is, what is will be, and what will be has already been". "As above,so Below". John 14:20 " At that day ye shall know that, I am in my father, and ye in me, and I in you". Have you ever noticed if the grass is greener on whose lawn? Especially when heat of the sun has been overwhelming? Wela no!Have you ever noticed how people pass you by and drop their opala without picking it up? A'ole no!Have you ever noticed that the ha'awina that is given reinforces what we learn? Did our Queen die in vain?It is difficult to interpret how other po'e feel, however since writing my dissertation, it has given me new meaning to understanding myself. What was it about the Hawaiian history that was not taught Kamehameha Schools?How long did settlers and those who are corrupt think they would withhold the TRUTH! We learned about from our kupuna and na hoaaloha.Henry Noa that gave new meaning to reclaiming our nation that lit my "torch." Bradah Iz gave me the inspiration to carry forth and Mana gave new meaning to shaping my identity. Overall, cousin Bobby, Tane and Alexander are those who paved the pathway so the footprints remained in tact.These are some of many po'e who have inspired me to persist! Law of Aloha

Around the office there is one thing that is required of us and everything else seems to follow naturally and that is to follow "The Law of Aloha."Of course we're not perfect and sometimes when being firm it is seen as not following "The Law of Aloha."We receive 100+ telephone calls per day with drop ins at least 10 per day while we are working on 50 appointments per month with follow ups to more than 600 past appointments per month. We are booked until April 2010 with appointments rapidly increasing so sometimes people get a little pushy when they want a closer appointment or when their email or telephone call doesn't get returned asap. So sometimes we have to be firm but we always strive to do it with Aloha.This also applies when doing transactions with the currently occupied de facto Bureau of Conveyances a private for profit and plunder corporation formed out of the de facto private for plunder corporation State Of Hawaii.We have 80+ documents per month going through the occupied BOC and because the documents do not mean any gain or profit for the plundering private corporation State Of Hawaii we are given a hard time. Why? Because as Kanaka Maoli (Not Native Hawaiians or native Hawaiians all terms graciously given to us by the private for plunder corporation the de facto United States of America which we so lovingly embrace every day in our terminology thereby giving those very terms they use against us our energy - hmmmm red pill? blue pill?) we have the only lawful rights to claim any lands in the archipelago of Ko Hawaii Pae Aina (If you look on your Palapala Sila Nui or Palapala Hooko it will say "Ko Hawaii Pae Aina" not Kingdom of Hawaii). Because this is so they have to take our paperwork no matter how many times they return it hoping to wear us down and in frustration...quit.Do they know who they are dealing with? I really don't think so. We may all see things differently in many cases but the bottom line is this. Kanaka Maoli have a deep almost ancient Love for one another that they just can't rid us of. That is our power, not money or riches (although we are the richest country in the world with the largest land mass), not dominion over serfs, but that deep ancient Love.That paperwork I'm talking about specifically is the koe nae na kuleana o na Kanaka documents. There are currently 900 individuals and families who have submitted paperwork. As I've posted before Mahealani works closely with several de jure American Nationals of the General Republic of the United States of America consisting of the original 13 colonies. One of them accompanied Mahealani on a trip to the occupied BOC and as he watched Mahealani, Pili, and the BOC employees interact and exchange with each other he started to tear.Now usually, when Mahealani goes to the occupied BOC it's pretty stressful. Out of 80 documents maybe 2 or 3 have to be corrected which ends up being not that bad. What made our friend cry was this. That the BOC employees actually worked with Mahealani and Pili to get the docs through even if they were doing it begrudgingly and only then because they are just doing their job. This is what he told us, in Arizona and Ohio and I'm not so sure about Texas the employees of the BOC don't even talk to you. They just look at the paper and hand it right back to you. They don't even tell you what needs to be corrected. Many of them don't even look at the papers they just throw it right back at you. Hence the tears, kinda tears of joy to see that kind of "Aloha" exists to this day and sadness because it isn't so where he comes from.I have a favorite person that practices "The Law of Aloha" here on Maoliworld and he's also my children's favorite and I think he's everyone's favorite!
