Itʻs no surprise the fake state of Hawai`i is officially broke.

The illegal US occupation has imposed a system in Hawai`i that has brought ruin and thatʻs also no surprise to anyone who lives here - sky-high prices, having to work two or even three jobs just to survive, depletion of our natural resources and turning our islands into the most heavily militarized real estate on earth.

But something did happen this last week that surprised a lot of people, and it does not portend well for something fake state governor Neil Abercrombie has his eyes on to fix the problem.

What is that and what are his plans to salvage the fake state financial mess? Find out this coming Wednesday on Free Hawai`i TV.

We present three amazing individuals who are all very much in tune with how things can and should be in our island nation. See for yourself all this week on
Hawai`i’s award winning Voices Of Truth – One-On-One With Hawai`i’s Future.

Preliminary authority has been granted to remove a group of Native Hawaiian activists living on Hawai`i Island property that the county is trying to purchase.

West Hawaii Today reported Friday that Big Island District Judge Joseph P. Florendo Jr. this week ruled in favor of Hawaii County and a landowner against activist Abel Lui and others living on the oceanfront Kau property.

Hawaii County purchased a 235-acre parcel two years ago and is trying to buy an adjacent 550-acre parcel from the Edmund Olson Trust. The county needs to purchase the property by the end of the month or risk losing $2.5 million in federal and state funds.

The judge needs to approve final judgments and writs of possession for those living on the property to be physically removed if they don't leave voluntarily.

Lui and his followers have erected tents, installed portable toilets and planted gardens near the shore and along the road. Lui claims the trust's deed is not admissible under Hawaiian law.

WHAT DO HAWAI`I NATIONALS WANT ?

"The most common sense thing is for total independence.

We were a progressive modern nation of our time and recognized as a friendly, neutral nation within the Family of Nations, the predecessor of the League of Nations and the United Nations.

We had a democratic form of government, a constitutional monarchy with a bicameral legislative assembly.

The works and legacies of our monarchs are legendary and noteworthy.

Today under the illegally occupied American system, we are concerned about our lands, culture, people and lifestyle which has been under attack for over a hundred years.

The Kingdom of Hawai`i is not only Native Hawaiians but subjects of non-Hawaiian blood who were legitimate subjects of the Kingdom.

This racial argument is an American thing and not Hawaiian.

So our concerns are well within our scope to protect all subjects of the Kingdom.

We do expect reparations and restitution from the US for the injurious damages to our nation, land and people.

The US government is well aware of this and is attempting a piecemeal settlement through the Akaka bill.

If the tables were turned around; which would you do? I'm sure it wouldn't be a hard decision.

Remember, Hawaiians never hated America.

We were never afraid that another country would take us over; we had over twenty-four treaties with various countries but the US is the only country that broke their treaties with us."

Aloha ohana and friends,

A fight against the continuing theft of our lands and natural resources by the Feds is a fight we are presently engaging on our island. Stand up and speak up people! You know that the water does not belong to KIUC to barter with, neither does it belong to the Fake State and Federal governments. The water belongs to all of us, the public, therefore common sense will tell you that decisions on any water uses on Kaua`i should be the people's decision, nobody else's.

The permitting of hydropower plants in/on our rivers were done without our permission so must cease and desist immediately.

Ku`e, ku`e, ku`e!

Thereʻs a new chapter being written at Kawaiaha`o Church in Honolulu regarding the iwi kupuna or ancestral bones buried in the cemetery there.

Previously we reported on both Free Hawai`i TV and Voices Of Truth - One-On-One With Hawai`iʻs Future on efforts of present day descendants to protect their relatives from being unearthed to make way for the construction of a new church social hall.

We also reported that in the eyes of Kawaiaha`o church and its parishioners it sees nothing wrong with digging up its former congregants - and even ministers - all in the name of “progress,” despite the fact that itʻs the ultimate wrongful insult in the Hawaiian culture.

Weekly protests that led to arrests have occurred at the church and a few weeks ago when church officials finally agreed to sit down for talks with the affected families there was hope of resolution.

Now come new developments - and the news is not good.

This coming Wednesday on Free Hawai`i TV weʻll bring you up to date on the shocking new developments at the Kawaiaha`o church cemetery and what it all means for those buried there and their relatives today.

For the full story of whatʻs led up to all of this, donʻt miss our amazing interview with Kamuela Kala`i, whoʻs been on the forefront of both protesting and protecting her own relatives remains buried there. See it all this week on

Unity is not necessary or realistic to reclaim a nation.

After all, how unified is the United States?

In America’s two-party system aren’t those two parties diametrically opposed over nearly every issue?

And what about the subdivisions of the many factions? Democrats, Republicans, Libertarians, Conservative Democrats, Liberal Democrats, Conservative Republicans, Liberal Republicans, Independents, Socialists, etc.

If unification is the ideal criteria, shouldn’t all these American factions be in unity or agreement before the US makes any important decision or takes any action or conducts its operations?

Have you ever watched Congress or the British Parliament in session? Do they exemplify unity?

If you really think about it, democracy is the opposite of unity, while only dictatorships demand unity.

So why should Hawai`i have to conform to a standard that no other nation, not even the US, is required to uphold?

In fact, aren’t we told that dissent, differences of opinion — what one could construe as disunity — is what makes democracy great?

In reality what makes democracy work is not unified thought or purpose or behavior, but an agreement to function in a civil manner despite our disagreements.

The US is leading the mantra, unity first, and many Hawaiians are becoming mesmerized by it.

The US knows full well that if it can get us to believe that we have to achieve unity first, we will never achieve that standard, and they can use that as an excuse to avoid the question of restoring Hawai`i as an independent nation.

A Free Hawai`i is the unifying cause. The various factions are already united in what matters most — the burning desire to see Hawai`i restored as an independent, sovereign nation.

9334359883?profile=originalA group of concerned community members gathered at the state courthouse on Maui Wednesday, June 8, 2011, to show unity in protecting the 64 acre Ka’ehu wetland from development.

The 63.7-acre wetland parcel along Waiehu Beach Road in Paukukalo, was put up for judicial foreclosure auction.

Sign-wavers showed up in the hopes of discouraging any potential bids from prospective developers and secure the property in perpetuity as open space, as well as for continued use by cultural groups.

Life Harder Under US Occupation
DSC_3153.jpg

In the 1980s, Hawai`i gained the enviable reputation of providing medical insurance to the highest percentage of residents of any state.

A decade after the state ended dental cover, toothless smiles are commonplace among the poor. Tens of thousands of residents have no medical insurance at all.

Despite higher profits for many businesses, jobs are scarce and most of the available work pays minimum wage or close to it.

In some cases, the lives of the working poor are worse than the unemployed.
Among other things, they don't qualify for state financial assistance or full food stamp benefits.

Today most of Hawai`i island, Molokai, Lana`i and Kaua`i are economic wastelands with little opportunity to make a decent living.

On Kaua`i workers often share apartments or small houses with several other workers because rents are too expensive for one or two individuals to afford.

On every island married couples with children often work two jobs each to make ends meet - if they are fortunate enough to find that many jobs, even at minimum wage.

Hawai`i imports two-thirds of its food from the mainland and locally-grown food is expensive due to high land prices.

"SO MUCH HAS BEEN STOLEN FROM OUR GRAVES"

More Response To "Grave Matters" - On Voices Of Truth - One-On-One With Hawai`iʻs Future

Mahalo for sharing this video with us. It is so important for voices to be heard, especially to an immense part of who we are.

So much has been stolen from our graves for too long by archeologists and their bones displayed as trinkets for eyeballs to see the bareness of ones insignificance.

What's also seriously horrific is the jewelry belongs to the archeologist because we are too ignorant to fight for their ukana too.

Turtle shell combs, jewelry, things placed in the coffin by loved ones as they morned real tears, money thrown into the graves - all of which belongs to the archeologist and sold on ebay!...

That was a huge issue with the Office of Hawaiian Affairs. And we were standing before these people that were outright stealing monies that didn't belong to them.

And changing the shameful definition of who is native Hawaiian which they say is 50% plus blood quantum.

How so very sad that the people of the Office of Hawaiian Affairs not only told us that we were insignificant to our faces, but to declare our people of Long Ago also insignificant is incomprehensible. So very sad.

But, the benefits of the new social hall being built at Kawaiaha`o Church will be phenomenal with their building on the very souls of our people's bones, just as the OHA people built their careers on newborns that are living under bushes on the side of the road. Pilau people!

Our debut last week of “Grave Matters,” our interview with Kamuela Kala`i on the callous disregard of iwi kupuna, or ancestral bones being dug up at Kawaiaha`o church in Honolulu has brought one of the largest outpourings of viewer reaction weʻve ever had.

Digging up remains of their own parishioners in order to build a new social hall without notifying ahead of time the families of those buried there has sparked community outrage, protests, and even arrests.

Those who watched our interview with Kamuela responded with some of the strongest language and reaction to any of our shows to date.

And everyone has asked the same question, “what is the community doing to stop this?”

Find out as “Grave Matters” airs on all islands this week. Donʻt miss one of our most important shows ever, right here on Hawai`i’s award winning
