A fight against the continuing theft of our lands and natural resources by the Feds is a fight we are presently engaging on our island. Stand up and speak up people! You know that the water does not belong to KIUC to barter with, neither does it belong to the Fake State and Federal governments. The water belongs to all of us, the public, therefore common sense will tell you that decisions on any water uses on Kaua`i should be the people's decision, nobody else's.

The permitting of hydropower plants in/on our rivers were done without our permission so must cease and desist immediately.

The Hawai'i State Supreme Court ruled that claims of The Hawaiian Kingdom to watershed lands and the rainwater falling on the Kaua'i mountaintops have validity !! Gov. Lingle of the fakeState claimed "clear absolute title" to "ceded lands". Once the U.S. Supreme Court ruled on March 31, 2009, the fakeState legislated the fakeState POWER over 1, 200, 000 acres across The Hawaiian Kingdom. Exactly where are these lands on Kaua'i ?? According to the Hawai'i State Supreme Court, The Hawaiian Kingdom has possibly valid claim to political POWER over these watershed lands and the water flowing from them !! The power of the feds is doubtful. The power of the fakeState is doubtful. The power of the KIUC is doubtful.

The people of Kaua'i, on the other hand, are CERTAIN that this is minor bullshit !!

What's wrong with this picture ??

First, the Co- Operative contracts Free Flow Power.

Second, Free Flow Power then applies to the U.S.A.

Third, the U.S.A. looks at the Kaua'i streams.

Fourth, the U.S.A. 'helps Kaua'i".

Fifth, local people enjoy a better "quality of life" ! ...... but NOT on Kaua'i !!

This is what the Akaka Bill is about: the Claims Extinguishment Paper !! Hawaiians are being herded into a situation where they can sign away all claims to lands, streams, resources, etc. that have Never gone through private hands. The Hawaiians still have valuable "rights" and POWERS that the Pirates of the Pacific are still plundering TODAY and Tomorrow !! Are YOU a Black- Birding Pirate or what ??
