West Hawaii Today reported Friday that Big Island District Judge Joseph P. Florendo Jr. this week ruled in favor of Hawaii County and a landowner against activist Abel Lui and others living on the oceanfront Kau property.
Hawaii County purchased a 235-acre parcel two years ago and is trying to buy an adjacent 550-acre parcel from the Edmund Olson Trust. The county needs to purchase the property by the end of the month or risk losing $2.5 million in federal and state funds.
The judge needs to approve final judgments and writs of possession for those living on the property to be physically removed if they don't leave voluntarily.
Lui and his followers have erected tents, installed portable toilets and planted gardens near the shore and along the road. Lui claims the trust's deed is not admissible under Hawaiian law.

The questions needed to be answered:
1) Who was granted the lands in the Mahele of 1848?
2) Do you have a direct connect to the original grantee?
3) Is there a break in title?
4) We were able to stop the smashing down of the houses in Kahana a few years ago.........
5) Would he consent to helping us by taking care of our families interests because we are part of Kauikeouli/Kamehameha III's hanai/adopted children's descendants, specifically Peke Davis..... we are in contact with Kale Davis and Hueu Davis descendants as well....
6) Would you like assistance from our families by serving an Injunction Notice to stop the destruction of your home?

You are singing in the wind like the dead birds. We are being poisoned everyday at different spots. If Google earth was infrared one would see the poison everywhere in a spectural reflection quad shot! The evidence one can see in a 100 x 100 pixel if trees that are nearby are dying or falling into a die-back. Like with what happened to makua the dead reflectence off the valley caused the decision to slash and burn makua.
Take this away from the occupiers and take it to the computer generated earth photos and do an analysis of what you think statistically! Quit the drama, and the la la, and the he man stuff!
