Since 1999, the Office of Hawaiian Affairs spent a documented $3.44 million on an unsuccessful Washington D.C. lobbying effort seeking passage of the Akaka Bill, according to US Senate lobbying records.

OHA has never itemized these expenses and for good reason. Actual costs range as high as 7 million dollars of Hawaiian beneficiary money.

The total does not include an estimated $2 million spent by OHA to operate a Washington D.C. office, and it excludes travel and other expenses incurred by OHA officials on trips to the capital to urge passage of the bill.

The high-water year for OHA spending was 2005, when it’s chief Washington lobbyist, Patton Boggs, spent $660,000 on Akaka Bill activities, according to the Senate lobbying database.

All told, Patton Boggs spent $3.19 million from 2003 through last year on Akaka bill lobbying activities, including contacts with officials at the White House, Senate, House of Representatives and Departments of Justice and Interior, according to disclosure forms.

All of the lobbying efforts and spending came to naught. The Akaka bill was never scheduled for a vote in the Senate.

With the demise of the Akaka bill, the scramble is on for the claim to create a legitimate Hawaiian government.

While the Hawaiian Kingdom still exists and never went away, some are planning an attempt to grab the legitimacy that only the Hawaiian Kingdom has.

Two main models of government are about to be put forth and neither is legitimate.

What are they? We’ll tell you about one of them and who the players behind them are this coming Wednesday on Free Hawai`i TV.

Comments DUE MONDAY, 1/24 on Helicopter Trainings on Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa‏!

hoa aina,

Mahalo nui to all those that came out to the public scoping meetings, in Hilo and Waimea, on the proposed expansion of training at Pohakuloa.
- Jim Albertini of Malu Aina attended the meeting in Hilo and reports back, “testimony went for 2 hours.  Not one person spoke in support of the military expansion plans”.
- Here's a piece from Big Island Video News
- Read here about the Waimea meeting in an article from West Hawai`i Today. Uncle Isaac Harp is quoted as saying, “What percentage of people need to oppose your project before you stop? The public doesn't want it.”
We’ve also received many e-mails this week from people who were unable to attend, but want to express opposition, here’s your chance!

Written comments on the Environmental Assessment and Finding Of No Significant Impact are due January 24, 2011.
Email to: William.Rogers5@us.army.mil , or mailed to: Directorate of Public Works, Environmental Division (IMPC-HI-PWE), Attn: Mr. William Rogers, 947 Wright Avenue, Wheeler Army Airfield, Schofield Barracks, 96857-5013.

Here’s a link to the EA and Draft FONSI if you’d like to read them for yourself.

The Army is proposing a modernization and expansion of military activities at Pohakuloa, of which we are particularly concerned about High Altitude Mountainous Environment Training (HAMET). This type of training would involve helicopter landings on the slopes of Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa.
The last time this training was done in 2003, there was a hard landing in the Mauna Kea Ice Age Natural Area Reserve, which contains the Keanakako`i adze quarry within it. This area is 3.5 miles east of the landing zone! This type of training in this area necessarily means inexpert pilots flying and landing in irreplaceable areas of natural and cultural value. Similar crashes, some of them deadly, have occurred in decidedly less treacherous conditions at Schofield in 2009 and 1996, as well as over Kahuku in 2001.

So, given the public opposition, and the proven high-risk of this training, why is the Army pushing forward without performing a full Environmental Impact Statement? How can they file a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) when there are known natural and cultural resources in the area? Has the safety of recreational users and cultural practitioners been considered? Questions like these (and others burning in your heart and mind) need to be asked!

Here’s a link to an awesome sample letter submitted by Aunty Cory Harden! Big Mahalo, Aunty!
E holomua kakou,

Shelley
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Summary of Talking Points:
    •    Dangers to recreational users and cultural practitioners posed by pilot-trainees

    •    Threats to endangered and protected species in the project area

    •    Lack of community consultation
    •    Inadequacy of cultural resource research and surveys

    •    The questionable safety record of military attack helicopter training in Hawai`i

In 1843, Hawai`i was a recognized independent nation.

Hawai`i had treaties with 25 world nations and had 96 legates and consuls throughout the world, including in the US.

But US covert and overt activities led to the 1893 invasion of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the US immediately recognized those who overthrew the kingdom without the people's knowledge.

Using that backing, they created the bogus "Republic of Hawai`i" against the people's wishes.

All legal attempts to annex Hawai`i to the US failed because the citizens of the Hawaiian Nation then overwhelmingly protested and sent their anti-annexation petitions to Washington, DC.

In covering up the hoax, Congress was forced to pass the Newlands Resolution declaring that the majority wished for the annexation of Hawai`i without a lawful treaty.

That's how Hawai`i became unlawfully annexed, and ultimately a fake state.

I'm sure those that wrote to the senators from Hawai'i received their massed-produced standard letters.  It was disingenuous at best.  They still ignore the issues we levied against them.  Instead, Akaka claims their Congressional Delegation created five working groups in 1999 to assist with the drafting of this legislation.  No mention that Patricia Zell did the initial draft.  The working groups consisted of individuals from the Native Hawaiian community (notice N in Native is upper-case), the State of Hawaii, the federal government, Indian Country, members of Congress and experts in constitutional law.

He then contends that the meetings held with the Native Hawaiian community were open to the public and a number of individuals who had differing views attended the meetings and provided their alternative views on the legislation.  He suggests that these meetings were announced and accessible to all "Native Hawaiians".  In truth, the opposition was greatly voice in 2000.

He further claims there has been a clear record of discussion and debate to refine and strengthen the Native Hawaiian Government Reorganization Act since its introduction in 2000.  I don't recall the title being that from the onset but renamed after its fiasco in 2000 with many amendments preceding the renaming of this bill.

Instead of addressing our position against the bill, he decided on how to circumvent it with manipulations using feel-good semantics along with self-contradictory statements to diffuse the arguments and dupe the people into something that was more of a myth to conform to the U.S. agenda.

Akaka claims to date there have been a total of 12 Congressional hearings, including 5 joint House and Senate Committee hearings Held in Hawaii in 2000.  He purposely fails to mention that because of his illness at that time, the hearings on the neighbor islands were canceled and a five-day hearing was limited to the Island of O'ahu.  This made it impossible for most neighbor island people to attend and give testimony.  Those that did attend, did so at great expense (airfare, hotel, transportation, and meals).

An overwhelming majority of the native Hawaiians opposed the bill during that 5-day hearings and refused to be considered as a tribal people.  This the senators insisted that was not the case; thus the renaming of the bill and a play on semantics to obfuscate the intention of exercising the WASP racist doctrines of Manifest Destiny.

Akaka further states that this bill provides a process for the reorganization of the Native Hawaiian governing entity (whatever that means) for the purposes of a federally recognized government to government relationship.  Whatever happened to the government to government relationship with the Hawaiian Kingdom which still exists albeit under the U.S. belligerent occupation?

The bill authorizes an office in the Department of the Interior instead of the Department of the State to serve as a liaison between native Hawaiians and the United States and forms an interagency task force composed of officials from federal agencies who currently administer programs and services impacting native Hawaiians to establish the parameters the Native Hawaiians can work within for self-determination.

The opening paragraph of the bill tip-toes through the maze of arguments by side-stepping the issues and facts mentioning the reconciliation of the wrong committed by the United States against the Native Hawaiians.  At the same time it minimizes the U.S. criminal involvement by stating that it was done by participation of agents of the United States.

Let's look at who the agents were:
President Benjamin Harrison who approved the actions and bent on annexing Hawai'i to the U.S. as previous U.S. presidents had been attempting to consummate.

Collusion of the U.S. Secretary of State, James L. Blaine, with the pro-annexationist U.S. minister John L. Stevens and accomplice Lorrin Thurston (U.S. citizen born and residing in the Kingdom of Hawai'i who swore allegiance to the Kingdom's government, being commissioned by the King to serve in his government).

The landing of U.S. military troops to protect the treasonous conspirators to create the U.S. puppet Provisional Government which later they renamed itself the republic of Hawaii.  Interesting enough is that the treasonous Committee of Safety had silver coins melted down to have a silver tea set made to present to U.S. Minister Stevens for his part in the takeover and protecting them while they were doing it and after setting up their ipso facto government.

U.S spy General Schofield who surveyed the islands for the ideal military outposts and others who committed covert and overt actions against the Hawaiian Kingdom.

The push for takeover and destabilizing the Kingdom's government executed by U.S. American agents, other U.S. citizens of political, economical, and military clout.

The immigration of U.S. citizens into the Hawaiian Kingdom to support the takeover in a U.S. national movement.

This bill, then, creates a redefinition of native Hawaiians to fit an after-the-fact scenario as Native Americans proscription to fit within their Native American Policy.  It also ignores the Hawaiian Subjects that are not Native Hawaiian and invalidates their existence.  The imposition of blood quantum furthers the alienation of the subjects of the Hawaiian Kingdom; the bona fide citizens and nationals of our Kingdom.

This bill makes you jump through the U.S. hoops to prove who you are; while it gives proxy to an unlawful entity to usurp the sovereign jurisdiction and recognized status of an international nation-state.  Compliance to this bill means to surrender one's citizenship of the Hawaiian Kingdom and to validate the U.S. citizenship.

It also prohibits one from suing the U.S. military for accountability.  U.S. Congress will possess and exercise, under the plenary authority of the Constitution to legislate on behalf of the indigenous people including native Hawaiians; including but not limited to Property, Treaty, Supremacy clauses, War powers, 14th Amendment, which it relies on those powers in enacting this legislation.

This means Congress has the power to recognize the Native Hawaiian tribe and to un-recognize the Hawaiian tribe at its whim.  It's interesting to note the repetition of providing notice to and consult with and negotiate with this entity regarding the resources, rights, and lands.

In the end, this bill promotes the U.S. WASP racist Manifest Destiny Doctrines that professes they are ordained by God (Divine Providence) to rule over non-whites as a superior race that can do anything they want to do.

What Akaka has stated will not change with the proponents of the bill who will continue to parrot his same rhetoric.  The idea of this bill being better than nothing and the U.S. won't give up Hawai'i is fatuous and being a defeatist.   They are being disingenuous in defending it as U.S. Americans rather than Hawaiian nationals looking for justice and freedom from the suppressor.

There should be a debate or symposium to address the legitimacy of the proposed bill and the proper process of addressing the U.S. belligerent occupation of the Hawaiian Kingdom.

The second time in history

9334356676?profile=original

The second time in history, the Hawaiian Kingdom patriots took the limelight from the parade by preceding the U.S. Color Guards to open a parade. It was an exhilarating moment and a sight to see. The Hawaiian patriots spearrheaded by so...me of the notable leading activists reasserted their rights by preceding the U.S. parade whose attempt to superimpose their celebration to usurp the Hawaiian Kingdom nationals of their commemoration marking the U.S. unlawful invasion and belligerent occupation of their country, the international recognized nation-state of the Hawaiian Kingdom.

The U.S. has been violating the Hawaiian Kingdom laws, the international law of occupation and the international law of neutrality for 118 years. Although the U.S.A. has acknowledged its criminal actions, they refuse to rectify crime and continues to make a mockery of justice, freedom, and democracy. It's degenerate, immoral behavior and racist doctrines is its downfall of which it takes great pride and the world bully that even victimizes its own citizens as well as other world nations. U.S. Americans should wrest their country from the oligarchial corporate industrial complex that enslaves them and whom robs them of their rights.

Kudos for those that made this happen. It was heartening to see the younger generation participating and standing tall as true Hawaiian patriots. Mahalo ia kakou to those that were able to attend to represent the rest of the Hawaiian patriots whom couldn't be there.

Typically, ignorant, cutting remarks made by some U.S. WASP Americans were heard who felt offended that Free Hawaii, protestors against the U.S. waged wars against Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan and Israels invasion and belligerent occupation of Palestine were part of their U.S. national holiday parade. The Hari Krisnas received no better reception as well as those crying out for peace and love. I guess the war-mongering spirit of the U.S.A. permeated with the U.S. American spectators and miilitants.

The activities at Kapiolani Park after the parade was light-hearted and congenial. Free Hawaii, AFCS, vendors, and others were very visual and well-received by thosee attending the event. It should be mentioned that some Hawaii national patriots were at the Iolani Palace for the observation of our national historic event. Don't forget Wednesday, the 19th, to make our presence known at the opening of the "fake"-state legislature. Stand to be counted. Let's see some new faces; the younger generation is more than welcomed to be involved along with the older generation. We are patriots of a proud, unique country. Celebrate whom we are; a Hawaiian National.

THE TRUE MEANING OF JANUARY 17th IN HAWAI`I

San Francisco Chronicle - January 17, 2011

January 17 has a special meaning in Hawai`i well beyond today's celebration of Martin Luther King Day: It's the 118th anniversary of the overthrow of the Hawaiian monarchy by a "provisional government," led by businessmen descended from American missionaries and supported by the presence of US Marines.

Whether or not independence-minded groups camp out on the grounds of `Iolani Palace in Honolulu today, as they have before, the late 19th century power grab will be on the minds of many.

As with any nation, the Native Hawaiian people do not speak with one voice politically, so "independence" (and "sovereignty," for that matter) mean different things to different people.

But, from my humble perspective, Native Hawaiians do come exceptionally close to unity in revering their royal dynasties. And it's good for visitors to remember 118 years is a few blinks ago in the chronology of Hawaiian cultural consciousness.

With that in mind, I'd like to acknowledge the past while taking inspiration from the present. On the gates of `Iolani Palace today are painted bronze plaques bearing the royal coat of arms, which were said to have been removed by the new regime in 1893, and like most of the palace furnishings, were sold at public auction.

But 90 years later, they were found, extensively restored and replaced on the four gates, each of which bears the name of a member of Hawaiian royalty.

The gate used for ceremonial occasions is called Kauikeaouli, after the man who became King Kamehameha III. It was he who. after the British government rejected a takeover of Hawai`i by one of its naval officers, coined the motto on the plaques: Ua mau ke ea o ka`āina i ka pono (as it's written today) -- "the life of the land is perpetuated in righteousness."

I wonder, what would Dr. King say is the pono, or righteous, response to today's sovereignty movement(s)? I honestly don't know, but I'm glad this palace and these plaques are there to prompt us to think about it.

Subject: Amazon under threat

Dear friends,
belomonte_email.jpg

Brazil's top environmental regulator resigned last week under pressure to allow the hugely destructive Belo Monte Dam Complex, which would scar the Amazon and displace thousands of people. Protect the Amazon, its people, and its species -- sign the petition to Brazil's President Dilma opposing the dam and calling for energy efficiency instead:

Sign the petition!

Last Wednesday, Brazil's top environmental regulator resigned in refusal to license a project that experts say would be an ecological disaster: the Belo Monte Dam Complex, which would carve a scar bigger than the Panama Canal into the heart of the Amazon.

The mega-dam would flood huge tracts of rainforest and displace thousands of indigenous people. The companies who would profit from the dam have been trying to bulldoze past environmental laws -- and want to break ground within weeks.

The Amazon is a global treasure, and a worldwide outcry is needed now. The resignation could clear the way for the dam's license--or, if enough of us raise our voices, it could mark a turning point against the project. Let's make this a defining moment on the world stage for Brazil's new President Dilma. Sign the emergency petition to Dilma to stop Belo Monte and protect the Amazon -- it will be delivered spectacularly with Avaaz's indigenous partners in Brazil's capital, let's get 300,000 signatures:

https://secure.avaaz.org/en/amazon_under_threat/?vl

Eletronorte, the company who will profit most from Belo Monte, is demanding that the license to start construction be issued even if the project does not meet environmental standards.

Experts and officials who study the proposed dam overwhelmingly reject it as a catastrophe in the making. Abelardo Bayma Azevedo, who stepped down last week as president of Brazil's environmental agency, is not the first resignation caused by pressure to allow Belo Monte; his predecessor stepped down for the same reason last year, as did Brazil's Minister for the Environment -- among other top officials. Now, it's up to us to ensure that these resignations, and decades of protest within Brazil, will not be in vain.

Belo Monte would flood at least 400,000 acres of rainforest, affect hundreds of kilometres of the Xingu river, and displace over 40,000 people, including indigenous communities of 18 different ethnic groups who depend on the Xingu for their subsistence. It is so economically risky that the government has had to turn to public funds for most of the $16 billion investment. And the dam would be one of Brazil's least efficient, operating at only 10% capacity for the dry months from July to October.

The dam's backers argue that it will supply Brazil's growing energy needs. But a far greater, greener, and cheaper supply of energy is available: energy efficiency. A WWF study found that efficiency alone could save the equivalent of 14 Belo Monte dams by 2020. The benefits of a truly green approach would go to everyone, rather than a handful of powerful corporations. But it's only the corporations who hire lobbyists and wield political muscle -- unless enough of us, in the global public, raise our voices, and ensure that Dilma faces a real choice for Brazil's future.

Belo Monte's construction could start as early as February. Brazil's Minister of Energy and Mining, Edson Lobão, says the next license will be approved soon -- we need to stop Belo Monte before the bulldozers move in. Let’s welcome Dilma into the presidency with a massive outcry to do the right thing: stop Belo Monte!

https://secure.avaaz.org/en/amazon_under_threat/?vl

Brazil might be the world's best hope for progress against climate change, and for bringing North and South countries together on the most hopeful common ground. Now, that hope resides in President Dilma. By calling together for her to reject the Belo Monte dam and pursue a better path, we invite her to live up to that opportunity -- and to help build a future that all of us, from the tribes along the Xingu to the grandchildren of today's city dwellers, can be proud of.

With hope,

Ben, Graziela, Alice, Ricken, Rewan, and the whole Avaaz.org team

The Hawaiian Kingdom had a reconized government since 11/28/1840 among the global family of nations.
If Queen Liliu'okalani chose force to deal with the insurection, Hawaii would have opened it self
up for a treaty by conquest, that is why she said onipa'a! Treaty by Conquest outlawed since 1920.

I think we agree that there was a fully functioning constitutional Hawaiian Kingdom government at one time.
Few questions:

1.  Who made up the Provisional Government?

2.  Where did they get there authority from?

3.  What year was the Republic of Hawaii established?

4.  Who did they get their authority from?

5.  In the year 1900, Hawaii became a Territory of the United States, who said it was okay for this to happen?

6.  In 1959 Hawaii became a State of the Union of the U.S., the claim was based upon a peblicite vote. Did the
Hawaiian Kingdom approve of the peblicite vote to take place?

We know that U.S. President Cleveland went on record expressing that Hawaii should be returned to the Hawaiian
Queen. The U.S. congress voted twice to prevent him from honoring that Executive Agreement of Restoration signed
by the Queen on December 18, 1893. Issues presented before the U.S. Judicial system concerning native Hawaiian
issues used to be tossed to the side as a non-justiciable issue for the U.S. congress to descide, we know this
has not worked in our favor for generation, but now we know and case laws support that the U.S. Congress has no
authority beyond its shores. So, the U.S. Congress that prevented President Cleveland to restore the Hawaiian Kingdom
had no right to have done that. That means the December 18, 1893 international compact, Executive Agreeement of
Restoration stands. The U.S. needs to help us Hawaiian nationals restore our government, they're obligated to under
international laws. Since the U.S. is the occupaying country they must be directed to field manual 27-10 concerning
occupation. Most countries have guidelines concerning occupation of another country.
You can compare this with what the Roman occupaying Governor Herod did when the
chief priests insisted he implement the laws of the land. Herod could find no wrong in this man called Jesus and later stated
the blood of this man is not on his hands! If Herod was operating under Roman law, Jesus would not have died. The
Romans were forced to implement the established law of the land according to laws of occupation.
What happened to Hawaii is nothing new. Look at all the countries that have been returned to its rightful occupants.
Hong Kong in 1997 and lot of others since then!

There are certain things that are a matter of fact. The Hawaiian Kingdom government may not be fully functioning, but the
Hawaiian Sovereigns that make up the body of that government is starting to wake up and that's a fact.

Why should Hawaiian nationals be obligated to pay American taxes? What if China, Japan, Canada or other countries ask the
Hawaiian nationals to pay taxes, should we comply?

We are not slaves to the U.S. or any other country except the Hawaiian Kingdom!

I found this link on the internet that explains the prolong occupation of the U.S., which might hopefully help.
http://vimeo.com/14074723

When the U.S. occupied Iraq, it was obligated to administer Iraqi laws not American.
When the U.S. military assisted in taking down Saddam's statute they were about to
place the American flag over its face, but remembered the laws of occupation and stopped!
Same is true here in Hawaii, when the occupation is over the U.S. military will hold a ceremony
to officially turn control back to the Hawaiian Kingdom!

It absolutely matters on who are the first nations people, for only they can ascend the Throne according
to the 1864 Hawaiian constitution, Art 22. Must be an Alii.
People have been placing their names to orginizations without knowing about the 1897 Ku'e petition
against annexing the Hawaiian Islands, if we take part in Kau Inoa it would be going against what
our kupunas did, it would be hurtful.

But every one has a choice, which brings me to right and wrong, if you know your kupuna took part to save our nation would you just say, well that was the past & we got to look forward, the U.S. will never give up Hawaii, or would you support what our kupuna did? I stand with our kupuna!

As far as a Hawaiian national is concerned, they were made up of mix race, the first nations people were
the Kanaka Maoli of first nation full blood people or Kanaka of first nation people with part blood.
Even Alii would be considered a Hawaiian as their nationality.
What is the race of an American? What is the race of a Hawaiian?

As far as the United States, they are clearly occupying the Hawaiian Kingdom.
James Blount appointed to investigate why the Queen turned over her limited authority to the U.S.
President Grover Cleveland in which he concluded that the diplomatic and military representatives
abused their authority that caused the change in government, talking about the event that occurred
on January 17, 1893.
So as a condition to restoration of the Hawaiian Kingdom, U.S. President Cleveland requested that the
Queen grant amnesty to those within the Hawaiian Kingdom (interfering with internal affairs of another nation)
she didn't want to at first but the Queen agreed and signed to on December 18, 1893. This completes the continuity for the existence of the Hawaiian Kingdom.

The State of Hawaii existence comes by way of the Republic of Hawaii who got it from the Provisional Government whose members James Blount also concluded took part in the insurection against the Hawaiian Kingdom and in which the U.S. President asked the Hawaiian Queen to grant amnesty for. There can be no validity found in that chain of authority.

In the opinion of the Supreme Court in Hawaii v. Mankichi, 190 U.S. 197(1903)relying on the descission of U.S. Supreme Court for guidence in which reference was made to the Republic of Hawaii and the 1898 HJR annexation of Hawaii, having no further need to examine or to qualify the authority of the Republic of Hawaii or the 1898 annexation of Hawaii. As explained above, the Republic of Hawaii had no authority from the Hawaiian Kingdom as you know from above.

Alii blood lines are still around, we know some for sure, in fact one of our ohana was the first diplomatic envoy for the Kingdom who gained the recognition of independence of the Hawaiian nation on November 28, 1843, his name was Timoteo Haalilio.

Hawaii had laws under a constitutional government, these laws must be honored by the U.S. for Hawaii just as they did for Iraq.
Hawaii needs a fair shake in this process. Hawaiian nationals including Kanaka Maoli, Kanaka and Alii have need of a resolve.

I have family and friends who work for the State of Hawaii and I have nothing against them, but as to the creation of State of Hawaii there is a huge problem. If anyone can show me that the Queen gave up Hawaii with a willing heart and not under duress and she had a huge celebration to mark that event then I'll give up my support of the kupunas and their 1897 Ku'e petition. Until then I'll resist against the illegal occupation of the U.S. upon Hawaiian soil!

One more thing to think about, if the Queen gave up her authority on January 17, 1893 to the U.S. President and the U.S. failed to honor the December 18, 1893 Executive Agreement of Restoration and that the Provisional Government were made up of members who caused the illegal insurection against the Hawaiian Kingdom, how was any documents notarized in the Kingdom legally?
Take a look at some deeds after that date, some seals are drawn in like a flower, perhaps retroactively made good by the treasonous government after firmly taking control away from the Queen.

Courts are made up of human beings that are subject to making mistakes, I'd like to think all this was a big 118 year mistake, but until they mean sorry from their heart we need to take a stand against the U.S.

If they were really apologetic to the native Hawaiians they would put it into a treaty, not in a House Joint Resolution 103-150 made only Native Hawaiians, and not native Hawaiians, Kanaka Moli, Kanaka, Alii or Hawaiian nationals.

Another fake Hawaiian government?

With OHA claiming that they will form their own Hawaiian Kingdom Government will the lies continue? With the failure of the Akaka bill Haunani Apoliona and others want to form a government in order to do a so called legal cessation of Hawaii to the United States.

Auwe!

If they do not go back to the 1864 Hawaiian Kingdom constitution and follow these articles then they can be considered traitors against the Hawaiian Kingdom!

ARTICLE 21. The Government of this Kingdom is that of a Constitutional Monarchy, under His Majesty Kamehameha V, His Heirs and Successors.

ARTICLE 22. The Crown is hereby permanently confirmed to __________, and to the Heirs of His/Her body lawfully begotten, and to their lawful Descendants in a direct line; failing whom, the Crown shall descend to __________, and the heirs of his/her body, lawfully begotten, and their lawful descendants in a direct line. The Succession shall be to the senior male child, and to the heirs of his body; failing a male child, the succession shall be to the senior female child, and to the heirs of her body. In case there is no heir as above provided, then the successor shall be the person whom the Sovereign shall appoint with the consent of the Nobles, and publicly proclaim as such during the King's life; but should there be no such appointment and proclamation, and the Throne should become vacant, then the Cabinet Council, immediately after the occurring of such vacancy, shall cause a meeting of the Legislative Assembly, who shall elect by ballot some native Alii of the Kingdom as Successor to the Throne; and the Successor so elected shall become a new Stirps for a Royal Family; and the succession from the Sovereign thus elected, shall be regulated by the same as the present Royal Family of Hawaii.

The Kingdom heirs are here and the Hawaiian Kingdom with the rightful government will be restored!

WHO REALLY OWNS LAND IN HAWAI`I TODAY?

DSC03897.JPG

Clear title, regarding legitimate legal ownership of land in Hawai`i is a topic quickly becoming an issue in the political and commercial areas.

With more lands being "quiet titled" in the courts with the aid of foreign laws (US and fake state of Hawai`i) illegally imposed against the rightful and legal owners of these lands with a judicial system aiding and abetting in these crimes, it's no wonder developers are eager to cash in big time by building luxury homes for rich foreigners throughout Hawai`i.

To this day, land titles in Hawai`i continue to carry the original royal patent from the Mahele of 1848.

If the US government or fake state of Hawai`i and their citizens rightfully have clear title to these lands, then why hasn't the US patent office replaced the royal patents as was done in the other 49 states?

Answer - Each royal patent has been "adjudicated," making them all a legal decree. When purchasing land, a "warranty deed" is issued instead, not clear title per se.

It's no different than if someone steals your car and attempts to sell it to someone else - they can't convey the "pink slip" to the new owner because they never had it in the first place - they're simply selling stolen property.

That's Why There Is No Clear Title Today To Land In Hawai`i - It's All Legally Still Hawaiian Kingdom Lands.
