A Free Hawai`i is the unifying cause. The various factions are already united in what matters most — the burning desire to see Hawai`i restored as an independent, sovereign nation.

Under the International Law of Occupation, the laws of the Hawaiian Kingdom, shall not be abridged and is the supreme law of the land in Hawaii.  The U.S. has violated the Law of Occupation and the Laws of Neutrality under the both the U.S. Constitution and the Hawaiian Kingdom Constitutional laws.  Under the Great Mahele, all the lands were in allodial and privately held which included the rights of native tenants who held their lands in allodial. 

No matter which way you want to slice it, the matter is a moot issue.  The U.S. irrefutable myths are still pushed upon us all and are unlawful; including the alleged ceded lands.

The Free Hawai`i movement is not seeking to secede from a bad union, it is seeking freedom from captivity, and the freedom to resume Hawaii’s status as a sovereign and independent nation.
