Why Land Issues Directly Affect Us.

First, the U.S. cannot produce a vallid and legal treaty of annexation; since both times it was rejected and U.S. Congress couldn't muster 2/3rds majority vote.  U.S. Congress also acknowledged its complicity to invade and takeover the Kingdom of Hawaii which is a recognized friendly, neutral nation.  The Ku'e Petitions signed by over 98% Hawaiian Kingdom subjects in 1897 rejected and protested against the U.S. annexation.

Second, the irregular Statehood vote was voted by 36% of the registered voters of which some 96% U.S. Americans voted for statehood  due to taxation without representation and a privilege to vote for the U.S. presidency.  Some native Hawaiian subjects were barred from voting while U.S. military and dependents with at least 6 months residency were allowed to vote for the statehood plebiscite.  Part of the conditions of the nefarious statehood act was that one of five purposes thaat the revenues of the alleged "ceded lands" was for the betterment of the native Hawaiians and the Hawaiian Homestead Act was still in effect that was created during the time Hawaii was declared a U.S. territory.

Under the International Law of Occupation, the laws of the Hawaiian Kingdom, shall not be abridged and is the supreme law of the land in Hawaii.  The U.S. has violated the Law of Occupation and the Laws of Neutrality under the both the U.S. Constitution and the Hawaiian Kingdom Constitutional laws.  Under the Great Mahele, all the lands were in allodial and privately held which included the rights of native tenants who held their lands in allodial.

No matter which way you want to slice it, the matter is a moot issue.  The U.S. irrefutable myths are still pushed upon us all and are unlawful; including the alleged ceded lands.
