Is that a bluewinged kookaburra, or some kind of kingfisher? Just guessing. I don't know my australian birds very well... I am off to Maui with the halau to attend Kumu Lake's burial tomorrow. Its been an emotional rollercoaster ride, and I am all but exhausted. Luckily, our halau is very high energy and I get to feed off the collective mana to get through...

ai! it is Mr. Hu'uti from Ua Pou, Marquises, Polynesia! Do you wear him also? My daughter, Teare, just got one from Keone last weekend. Was awesome watching him work the tap-style of tattoo. lzm
