The United States claims it possesses the Hawaiian Islands.
But the facts show that at no time did lawful title to the Hawaiian Islands actually transfer from the Hawaiian Kingdom to the US either directly or indirectly.
The thieves who stole the Hawaiian Kingdom fenced it to the US, who has been claiming it as its own - the 50th US state.
The takeover of the Hawaiian Kingdom violated the Hawaiian Constitution, the US Constitution and the Law of Nations.
According to the governing principles embodied in those documents, the only lawful means to peacefully change a government is by the consent of the people.
There was no consent of the people for the 1893 takeover, nor for the 1893 Provisional Government for Hawai`i, nor for the 1894 formation of the Republic of Hawai`i, nor for the 1898 Annexation to the US, which was not even legitimate according to US law.
And finally, the 1959 vote conferring “statehood” to Hawai`i was based upon the previous illegitimate acts and did not conform to the criteria or procedures required by international law under the United Nations Charter.
The “statehood” plebiscite constituted fraud and thus, “the state of Hawai`i” is an unlawful entity - a fake state.

DERAIL THE HONOLULU LIGHT RAIL PROJECT
Volcanic Ash - August 8, 2012
Former Governor Ben Cayetano has moved his mayoral campaign beyond rail to the bigger question of whether Hawai`i will be controlled by its people or by business and labor interests that put their own bottom line ahead of the public good.
His targets are helping him make the point by the way they've massed to stop him.
Cayetano closed the July 17 televised debate with rivals Peter Carlisle and Kirk Caldwell by saying, "This campaign is not about rail; it's about the exercise of political power."
He argued, "There are people out there, a select few — big business, big labor — who have been running things for a very, very long time. They have their fingers in almost everything that we do, which affects our lives and our children's future."
Cayetano said he came out of retirement to "put the power back into the hands of the people" and promised "a transformational moment in Hawai`i politics" if he's elected.
This is extraordinary coming from a former two-term Democratic governor who was elected with the support of many of the business and labor interests he's now taking on.
It's akin to President Dwight D. Eisenhower's warning at the end of his career about the dangerous accumulation of power by the military-industrial complex.
Business and labor leaders have responded by boldly throwing their money and power around to derail Cayetano, and it appears to be backfiring.
Pacific Resource Partnership, a construction industry alliance, has spent about $1 million on widely discredited attack ads against Cayetano.
The group seemed almost grateful for an excuse to pull the ineffective ads off the air this week after Cayetano was hospitalized with a bleeding ulcer.
Another campaign to counter Cayetano and save rail has been waged by a group called Move O`ahu Forward, whose board is a roster of the corporate, banking and labor executives Cayetano accuses of running Hawaii for their own gain.
Until public pressure forced recent cutbacks, the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation employed more than 20 public relations agents to promote rail and shout down critics like Cayetano at a cost of $2 million to taxpayers.
HART, which was sold to voters as a way to bring independent management to rail, has all but become a subsidiary of First Hawaiian Bank, with top bank officers holding both the board chairmanship and finance committee chairmanship.
Virtually invisible in the scuffling over money and power are the West Oahu commuters rail is supposedly about.
Cayetano's warning of a rigged game is resonating with many voters, and all that's left for his powerful foes is to hope he doesn't win an outright majority in Saturday's primary voting so they can live to fight him again in the general election.

There's no need to create a new government when a perfectly good and lawful one — the Hawaiian Kingdom — continues to exist.
Although it has been greatly impaired by unlawful suppression and layers of fraud, the sovereignty of the Hawaiian Kingdom was never lawfully extinguished.
Therefore, there is no justification to contrive a new government to replace the Hawaiian Kingdom unless the people, the lawful subjects/citizens, called Hawaiian Nationals, decide they want to alter or change their government.
No one other than Hawaiian Nationals can make that determination — not the US government or foreign US citizens residing in Hawai`i, or the fake State of Hawai`i, the Office of Hawaiian Affairs, or the Akaka Bill’s proposed phony Native Hawaiian Governing Entity.
Because the Hawaiian Kingdom is in continuity, there is no lawful way to alter or replace that existing government except through the processes provided in the existing lawful constitution of the Hawaiian Kingdom.
Prior to the Hawaiian Kingdom being taken over by insurgents during the illegal US invasion in 1893, Hawai`i had already been functioning for decades as a nation-state under one of the best constitutions in the world.
The United States’ prolonged occupation does not change the fact that the constitutional government of the Hawaiian Kingdom, the one in place from 1840 to 1893, is still the one and only lawful and indisputable government for the Hawaiian Islands.
The United States is a usurper, and has no lawful jurisdiction in Hawai`i.
Since the Hawaiian Kingdom was never extinguished, its constitution, laws, statutes and policies are still intact.

New Jersey Times - July 22, 2012
Everyone talks about seeing the “real Hawai`i” when they take a trip or honeymoon there.
On my recent trip, I encountered three versions of “the real Hawai`i,” or rather, a strangeness in Paradise - Paradise Lost, Paradise Found and Paradise Bought. This is the new Hawai`i of the global age.
Peppered among the palms of Paradise are the homeless, gathered in groups of twos and threes along Kalākaua Avenue (The Strip) at Waikīkī Beach. Elsewhere on O`ahu are the Occupy Wall Street groups.
Living outdoors under the tropical sun, the latter have found a common, if strained, bond with the homeless. These are the residents of Paradise Lost.
The throngs of tourists who come to Waikīkī are the fortunate ones who can afford an average $200-plus per night for a hotel room with a lanai (balcony or porch) with ocean views. They are transient residents of Paradise Found.
Alone in his own surreal wonderland, Oracle CEO Larry Ellison just bought Paradise — the island of Lāna`i. Third-richest man in America and a global potentate, Ellison now has a territorial homeland befitting his stature.
The three Hawai`iʻs clash and interact in many unexpected ways and are indicative of what the new globalism promises.
Hawai`i has the third-highest ratio of homeless to the general population in the US, the numbers swelled by migrants from the US mainland.
George, a Vietnam War vet, is a sharp-eyed, wheelchair-bound regular on The Strip. He came via Chicago to the islands for a construction job. When he was seriously injured at work, he became homeless.
Every day, if the police let him stay, he is found on the sidewalk outside of a Starbucks. He is helped by a small circle of friends also stationed near the Starbucks.
Like many of the homeless on The Strip, George has relied on and benefited from the kindness of strangers. He is flush with belongings, packed tightly into luggage given to him (he says) or discarded by tourists. One woman gave him a beach umbrella that he and his friends retrofitted as a shade piece for his wheelchair.
I saw no sign of tourist unhappiness with the homeless, whom they rarely notice.
But the police do enforce various ordinances on a selective basis. Such policing seems most concerned with demarcating living/sleeping spaces from the plants and lush greenery, which is so attractive to visitors.
Demarcation issues are more stressed by police in the OWS encampments. At a main camp, in Thomas Square across from the Honolulu Museum of Art, a sign declares that if we enforced regulations on the banks as closely as we do the park regulations, America wouldn’t be in its current mess.
In common alliance, both police and tourists bristle at the OWS presence.
Dean, a protester and a tech-educated ex-mainlander, told me he once got a $170 jaywalking ticket for crossing a deserted street at 2 AM.
In Paradise, OWS folks are an unwanted burden to those pursuing passing pleasures and summer luxuries before returning home to resume their status as one of the 99 percent.
Not so, though, for Larry Ellison, a tippy-top 1-percenter who now owns 98 percent of the island of Lāna`i.
I asked various individuals what they thought of the island purchase. Opinions were mixed.
Travis, a government worker, firmly believed that one person shouldn’t have the whole island, not in this time of concerns about sustainability and stewardship.
Emelia, a busy Burger King worker, opined that she’d like to have the island, because then she’d have a free honeymoon.
A young Army man from North Carolina saw nothing wrong with the purchase - “Good for him! Wish it was me.“
George on The Strip had this idea, his eyes lighting up a bit as he spoke - Maybe some kind of home and work could be found on Lāna`i for the homeless.
But like the pigeons on the beach, George might move when necessary from where he is now, but not too far and not for too long.
A waif from Jersey said it best, perhaps, when she hoped that Ellison didn’t think he owned every lanai (balcony) in Hawai`i!
I couldn’t ask him. He wasn’t hanging out on my lanai.

Hiroshima & Nagasaki: Never Again!
Remembering
Hiroshima
and Nagasaki!
The amount of plutonium in the Nagasaki 22KT bomb: the equivalent of 22,000 tons of TNT
On August 6, 1945, a B-29 US bomber dropped a uranium bomb named “Little Boy” over Hiroshima
killing over 140,000 Japanese civilians.
On August 9, 1945, the US dropped another nuclear bomb, a plutonium weapon named “Fat Man,”
on Nagasaki sending 60,000 men, women, and children to their death.
Many thousands more have suffered and died in the aftermath from physical and psychological injury and from radiation exposure.
Now, in our day, the nuclear menace has returned to afflict Japan in another form – the March 11, 2011 earthquake and tsunami that triggered several disastrous nuclear power plant meltdowns at Fukushima with still unfolding consequences. This should be a warning to the whole world.
It is time to wake up from our nuclear sleep, time to pay attention to survivors of direct attack, atmospheric and underground testing, and numerous plant meltdowns. Their message to us –from Hiroshima, Nagasaki, Fukushima, Bikini Atoll, Three Mile Island, and Chernobyl –is crystal clear: NO MORE NUKES!
No more should the U.S. use weapons of mass destruction –theirs or ours – as a threat, excuse, or act of deception in dealing with other nations. The U.S. crime of invading Iraq cannot be repeated in Syria, Iran, or whatever nation U.S. political, military, and corporate interests may decide to attack and occupy. May the lessons of Hiroshima, Nagasaki and Fukushima encourage us all to work harder for a nuclear-free world, a world of justice and peace.
Never Again! No More Nukes!

Today is La Ho`iho`i Ea - Sovereignty Restoration day in Hawai`i.
It was a wrong made right after five months - the restoration of the Hawaiian Kingdom when forced under British rule in 1843.
In the early 1840s, during the reign of King Kamehameha III, English consul Richard Charlton made outrageous land claims against the Hawaiian people to provoke a British takeover.
At his request, a British war cruiser arrived on Feb. 10, 1843, under the command of Lord George Paulet, who demanded special lands and rights from the king for British subjects.
In order to avoid bloodshed, Kamehameha III ceded his kingdom to Paulet under protest and appealed to Queen Victoria for redress.
British fleet commander Adm. Richard Thomas, enforcing his country's policy that the laws and customs of native governments be treated with courtesy and respect, sailed from Mexico to Hawai`i to remedy the trouble.
On July 31, 1843, Thomas ordered the Hawaiian flag raised and the kingdom restored at a ceremony at Kulaokahu`a - which today is known as Thomas Square named after him.
Kamehameha III proclaimed a 10-day holiday, and throughout his reign, July 31 was celebrated as La Ho'iho'i Ea or Sovereignty Restoration Day.
He also proclaimed the now famous motto, "Ua mau ke ea o ka `aina i ka pono," which means, "The sovereignty of the land is maintained by right behavior."
