The Hawai`i fake state Akaka bills remain alive despite overwhelming opposition expressed this last week by Hawai`iʻs citizens.

SB.1520 and HB.1627 would cover up the takeover of the Hawaiian Kingdom and theft of its lands by the US and turn native Hawaiians into native Americans – something the Hawai`i fake state constitution has no authority whatsoever to do.

Countless constituents have let legislators know they are opposed to this cover-up, yet the will of the people is being ignored.

DOES THE HAWAIIAN KINGDOM STILL EXIST?

Yes, the lawful, sovereign entity, the Hawaiian Kingdom, does still exist.

There are only two ways a nation can be extinguished - 1) Conquest - involving the military defeat and subjugation of its people, along with the physical seizure of its territory by the victor; or 2) Consent - the un-coerced, free-will choice of its people to surrender and merge their nation’s sovereignty to another.

Even the unconditional surrender of Japan and Germany after World War II, did not extinguish their sovereignty. They became occupied states but still retained their national identity. They were still Japan and Germany and the occupying forces administered and enforced the laws of Japan and Germany respectively.

Despite the incorporation of the Eastern European states into the Soviet Union after World War II did not extinguish their sovereignty. Despite complete domination by the USSR during the “cold war,” when the Soviet Union collapsed in the early 1990s states like Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Czechoslovakia, and so forth, reemerged as sovereign and independent countries in continuity.

In the case of Hawai`i, after the illegal seizure and annexation, the status of the Hawaiian people (referring to nationals, not aboriginals) remained inviolate.

Neither a vote or plebiscite was ever conducted to gain the consent of the Hawaiian people to dissolve their country, the Hawaiian Kingdom. At no time did the Hawaiian Kingdom or Hawaiian nationals surrender their sovereignty or consent to a merger with the US.

On the contrary, there was fiercely vociferous opposition to the initial seizure and both efforts at annexation, as evidenced by the massive petitions and the prodigious protests in the press.

The Hawaiian Kingdom continues to exist. It did not expire. It survives even having been buried alive for over a century under the layers of US deception and fraud.

AKAKA BILL STANDSTILL ON “VOICES OF TRUTH – ONE-ON-ONE WITH HAWAI`I’S FUTURE”

Now that both sides of the Hawai`i legislature have passed the fake state Akaka bill, it goes to committee for both bills to be combined into one.

The only problem is, the two bills are radically different and one side has already said they do not intend to change one word of their version of the bill.

Moreover, one version of the bill is not set to take effect until over a decade from today.

ALERT! - FAKE STATE AKAKA BILL FINAL VOTE TODAY

The one remaining Akaka-scheme enabling bill (SB1520 SD2 HD3) is scheduled for “third reading” (final floor vote) during the House session today.

Please email and call TODAY to all the members of the House of Representatives to URGE THEM NOT TO VOTE FOR SB1520. Send one generic email to all 51 reps at one time at - reps@capitol.hawaii.gov

HEREʻS WHAT TO SAY -
This would be bad for Hawai`i. The majority of the people of Hawai`i, native and non-native, oppose this measure. They have not even had the opportunity to vet this idea at public hearings...

SB1520 is unconstitutional. It sets into motion the Akaka bill scheme of “federal recognition” and “creating a Native Hawaiian government,” actions which the state has no constitutional authority to perform.

Passage of SB1520 would literally commit the state to hundreds of millions of dollars in increased expenditures and diminished revenues.

SB1520 would be a redundancy as the state already has the Aha Na ‘Oiwi, Native Hawaiian Convention program in process, but which is uncompleted and stalled for lack of funding.

TELL THEM -
Do not pass SB1520.

Put off SB1520 until next year after sufficient public hearings are held throughout the state.

Set SB1520 aside and provide funds to complete the Aha Na ‘Oiwi, Native Hawaiian Convention process as called for in HR56 and HCR63.

HAWAIIAN RESTORATION DAY TO HONOR U.S PRESIDENT

Grover Cleveland Refused Illegal Annexation Of Hawai`i

Thanks to the actions of Stephen Grover Cleveland more than 115 year ago, the history of Caldwell is forever linked to the tropical Pacific Islands of Hawai`i....

...But later this month, representatives from the Pacific Justice Reconciliation Center in Hawai`i will travel to Caldwell to honor Cleveland for a much lesser-known distinction.

In 1893, President Cleveland supported the kingdom’s sovereignty after the Hawaiian monarchy was overthrown.

His bold actions made him a hero to some native Hawaiians, who for six years have sent representatives to New Jersey to mark the anniversary of Cleveland’s actions on what is known as Hawaiian Restoration Day.

Cleveland was serving his second term in 1893 when American businessmen and sugar plantation owners staged a coup to overthrow Hawaii’s Queen Lili`uokalani.

They declared Hawai`i a republic and appealed to the president to annex the islands to the United States. After investigating, Cleveland refused, stating the Queen should be restored to power.

We once again voice our strong opposition of your seditious Akaka Bill as Hawai`i nationals of the Kingdom of Hawai`i, including native Hawaiians for which this Bill is being created for....

...The Bill spreads misinformation and is not a road to reconciliation to right the wrongs committed by the United States of America against the citizens of the Hawaiian Kingdom....

Contrary to Senator Akaka's statement, we do not desire to be on equal footing with American Indians under the Department of the Interior nor subjected to its paternalistic practices.

We have already been recognized by the United States of America as an independent sovereign nation-state which we have never relinquished.

We reject this legislation providing parity in federal policy towards indigenous people, especially because we are not indigenous to the United States but bona fide subjects of the still existent Kingdom of Hawai`i albeit under the US belligerent occupation of which the United States is in continuous violation of the international law of occupation....

In 1993, the United States admitted in US Public Law 103-150 that it violated its own Constitution, its treaties and international law by perpetrating an outrageous armed theft of the Kingdom of Hawai`i and the forced American citizenship of Hawaiian national citizens. 

 

The US recognized in 1894, and again in 1993, that the Kingdom of Hawai`i has a right to exist.

 

The Hawaiian Nation has a right and obligation to enact and dictate land laws which prevent the selling of its lands to foreign speculators at prices which deny native nationals from living on their own home islands at an affordable price.

 

The Hawaiian nation has a right and obligation to protect and defend the quality of life, land, water, ocean and air. The Hawaiian nation has a right and obligation to its citizens to provide the best in education, health care and housing.

The Lili`uokalani Executive agreements are quickly changing the political landscape at the Hawai`i legislature.

THE FOUR LIES IN THE FAKE STATE AKAKA BILL

The Truth Is -

1 - The Hawaiian Kingdom was a fully operational, fully recognized, progressive, sovereign, independent, neutral nation. Its body politic consisted of people from many different ethnicities and races, not just native Hawaiians.

2 - Hawaiians have never been and are not today indigenous people of the United States. Hawaiians are indigenous to Hawai`i and Polynesia.

3 - Non-natives were also citizens and subjects of the Hawaiian Kingdom nation. They were injured by the loss of their nation just as ethnic Hawaiians were. Therefore their descendants are heirs to the Hawaiian Kingdom as well and should not be left out.

4 - The US is an interloper, a usurper, a kidnapper, an occupier. It has no lawful jurisdiction in Hawai`i. The fake state of Hawai`i is the puppet government of the US.

Now the fake state Akaka bill seeks to form native corporations, getting Hawaiians to give up their land for shares in phony businesses.

The fake state Akaka bill is an outrageous attempt to further subjugate the Hawaiian people by making them plantation (corporate) slaves again.

LAWMAKERS PUSH AKAKA BILL AT STATE LEVEL

In a departure from form, some hearing notices for the Hawaiian affairs committees in the Hawai`i Legislature this session have included the following quote -

"He lā hou, e ho’oulu"

A new day, building a nation

For example, the quote can be seen near the top of a hearing notice for a resolution to be heard Monday in House Hawaiian Affairs. The resolution asks the Office of Hawaiian Affairs to consider the idea of "kanaka villages" for homeless Native Hawaiians.

Most notably, the nation-building quote has graced several hearing notices for bills that actually have something to do with building a Hawaiian nation.

Two of those bills — Senate Bill 1520 and Senate Bill 1 — recognize Hawaiians as "the only indigenous, aboriginal, maoli people of Hawai`i," and establish a commission to "prepare and maintain a roll of qualified Native Hawaiians" for the purpose of organizing a convention of qualified Native Hawaiians, respectively.

Both measures have already comfortably passed the state Senate. Last week, both cleared House Judiciary and were sent to House Finance, the final hurdle before making it to the full House for a floor vote.

Both measures have been amended, and final language will have to be agreed upon in conference committee and floor votes before heading to the governor's desk.

But, if they do survive and become law, they would accomplish some of the same goals as the Native Hawaiian Government Reorganization Act, more commonly known as the Akaka bill.

1- The insinuation that the nation that existed, the Hawaiian Kingdom, was an aboriginal, indigenous (native Hawaiian) government.

2 - The presumption that Hawaiians are indigenous peoples of the United States.

3 - The exclusion of non-“native Hawaiians” whose ancestors were citizens and subjects of the Hawaiian Kingdom.

4 - The claim that the US and the fake state of Hawai`i are the lawful successors of the Hawaiian Kingdom.

HOW DID HAWAI`I SUPPOSEDLY BECOME THE 50th STATE ?

The United States acquired Hawai`i through force.

Queen Liliu`okalani, Hawai`i's last Queen, was deposed on January 17, 1893, by a group of American businessmen supported by the United States Navy and Marine Corps and diplomatic representatives.

Sovereignty of Hawai`i was allegedly transferred to the US on August 12, 1898 during ceremonies at `Iolani Palace in Honolulu, on the island of O`ahu.

Hawai`i allegedly became a US territory in 1900.

On November 23, 1993, The United States apologized for illegally overthrowing the Kingdom of Hawai`i, and recognized the inherent sovereignty and right of self-determination of native islanders.

Events that were illegal took place between January 17,1893 and August 21, 1959 in order to steal a nation - the Hawaiian Kingdom.

OUTRAGE OVER HAWAI`I FAKE STATE AKAKA BILLSAn Open Letter To Hawai`iʻs PoliticiansThis is to remind you that you took an oath to represent the people of Hawa`'i. After witnessing the charade and political back-scratching in the Senate Chamber, I was outraged by the conduct of the senators who was apparent that they did their arguments behind closed doors rather than take this controversial issue into the senate chamber.There was no debate but a railroading of this bill which we the people deserved much more than a flippant rush through of a bill we find repugnant. This was a blatant miscarriage of justice and democracy and sickening to observe the rubber-stamping of its passage through political complacency for pecuniary reasons.We have asked for public hearings on all islands so we can speak out on the issues of this bill which is now on the floor in the House as HB 1627 and hope that you will consider opposing this nefarious and seditious bill.We are cognizant that it is in violation of the US constitutional laws and international laws whereby you do not have the jurisdiction to create a puppet Native Hawaiian governing entity to usurp the still existing Kingdom of Hawai`i.We will not tolerate this faux native Hawaiian governing entity as it is NOT representative of we, the citizens of the lawful Kingdom of Hawai`i, which is still under the US belligerent occupation and subject to the law of occupation.We will continue to fight this travesty of justice and not recognize the copy of the Akaka Bill as a representation of us and our rights. This objection to the bills SB1; SB 1520; and HB 1627; as well as the duplicate version known as the Akaka Bill in US Congress is well-documented and recorded in the countless testimonies.We are quite aware of the ulterior motives which we find despicable. We will remember those who disregarded our opposition at election time and who ram-rodded this bill by forcing it on us. HOW WAS HAWAI`I ILLEGALLY TAKEN OVER?

USA covert and overt activities led to the invasion of the Hawaiian Kingdom and immediately recognized its complicitor's proclamation without the people's knowledge.

Without US military intervention and USA complicity, the USA puppet Provisional Government would not have lasted for more than an hour.

Using that backing, they created the Republic of Hawai`i against the people's wishes.

All legal attempts to annex Hawai`i to the USA failed because the people overwhelmly protested and sent their Ku'e Petitions to Washington D.C.

It was ignored by the pro-annexationists and complicitors.

In covering up the hoax, Congress passed the Newlands Resolution falsly declaring the majority wished for the annexation of Hawai`i without a lawful treaty.

That's how Hawai`i became unlawfully annexed even according to US laws.
