  Did Prince Kuhio sign a "Peace Treaty" ?

  Or any paper that even looked like a Peace Treaty ??

  Did Our Queen ever say, "Jonah,  do NOT sign that paper !  It looks an awful lot like a Peace Treaty to me."

  Richard Kinney could NEVER stomach "blood quantum" !  Could Richard stomach a "Peace Treaty" ??

  We all know that there are lots of papers that "appear to be" a Treaty of Annexation,  but are NOT.  I  am seaching for any document that appears to be in any way the missing "Peace Treaty"  where the Hawaiians surrendered.

  Dear Ms. Gora,

  With the Rice v Cayetano Opinion guiding the fakeState,  it looks as though the maka'ainana will face another 1959 experience.  
  If "democracy" is the guiding light in the formation of "the governing entity" by the withering Office of Hawaiian Affairs,  then the notion that the present inhabitants of the Hawaiian Islands would accept political rule by the Hawaiians,  an alien elite,  is far- fetched.  Yet this is the argument that "Free Hawai'i" is discussing.  The reinstatement of government by Hawaiians will be loved by almost everyone.
  
  Truthfully,  we all live and breathe every day the rule by "alien elite" !

  With all the trappings of "democracy",  our daily lives run into the fact that a small minority MAKES the final decisions at every turn.   
  
  So how rational would it be,  for the Hawaiian politicians to be accepted by the present inhabitants of the Hawaiian Islands as a "dominant minority" ??
  
  Big Islander Joseph Nawahi would ask: "Are the present inhabitants of the Hawaiian Islands READY to accept a "dominant minority" made up of Lei- Stand maka'ainana ??"
  
  This is a mouthful !!  Thank Sweet Jesus for providing the UH Manoa "Brain Trust" to help us understand these problems.

  The War Crime Complaint alleges:

  “State of Hawai‘i Judges OKAMOTO, FOLEY, LEONARD, and REIFURTH committed a war crime by willfully depriving my client, a protected person, of a fair and regular trial prescribed by the fourth Geneva Convention.  The Plaintiff, State of Hawai‘i Department of Hawaiian Home Lands Chair JOBIE MASAGATANI and State of Hawai‘i Governor NEAL ABERCROMBIE, represented by the State of Hawai‘i Attorney General DAVID M. LOUIE and Deputy Attorney Generals MATTHEW S. DVONCH, DIANE K. TAIRA and S. KALANI BUSH were complicit in these proceedings and therefore committed a war crime as accessories.”

  The War Crime Complaint concludes:

  “Accordingly, pursuant to Article 17(3) of the Rome Statute, I respectfully request the office of the Prosecutor, with all due speed, investigate the situation in order to determine if the alleged perpetrators should be charged with the war crime specified above.”

  The ICC jurisdiction over the Hawaiian Islands will begin March 4, 2013.

  Is 2013 The Year of the Black- Birds  ??

  Royalists !  Often at 'Iolani  I  hear like whisperings from the Palace.  
  One afternoon Coach John Madden crossed my mind.  "He has one good hit left in him."
  
  In the studio talking with veteran football players,  Coach John Madden from the Oakland Raiders would assess the physical condition of a retired champion player as well as the spirit of the gridiron hero with "Oh yeah.  He looks like he still has one good hit left in him !"  Meaning that  if we suited up this old timer in his pads and all,  the old timer would probably be able to throw one last Super Bowl type "hit" on his man.  
  
  Gazing on 'Iolani Palace one thinks mainly about DEFENSE.  They asked Kamehameha the Great "Offense or Defense ??"  "Defense !" was His answer.  At 'Iolani Palace the Hawaiians played mainly Defense.  At the other Palaces across the Kingdom they played mostly Defense as well.  
  
  I  thought about Kings and Queens of Hawai'i.  I  remembered my tour of the Bishop Museum.  Their descendants today look over their genealogies from time to time.  Some descendants are born into filthy rich Hawaiian families; some in a tent in Makaha.  It's impossible to tell which keiki might be destined to the Throne at 'Iolani Palace.  That's the way the world works !  So the thought crossed my mind as  I  glanced at that Palace: "Maybe the Hawaiians still have one good King left in 'em !"  
  
  Who can doubt that the stage is here ?  What a beautiful Palace.
  
  The immune systems of Hawaiians seem better now.  That's for sure !  But just like an oldtimer from the gridiron,  you have to worry about that last hit being fatal.  Who would venture to say definitely "The Hawaiians still have one good King left in them."  ?  Or "There's a chance that the Hawaiians still have one good King left in 'em."  But then  I  looked at all the big buildings standing around 'Iolani Palace.  They weren't here before time.  The Kings and Queens did not see these buildings when they looked out the Palace windows.  If there is one good King still left in the Hawaiians,  it looks like He will still be playing Defense.  I  guess one would look into the eyes of a child as well as study the way he walks and try to find the signs that the kid would be good on Defense.  If the kid looks like a good quarterback,  forget it !

  WANTED:  Linda "absolute, clear title" LingleThe International Criminal Court (I.C.C.) is looking for cut- throat pirate Linda "absolute, clear title" Lingle as well as Mark "absolute, clear title" Bennett.  On January 31, 2008 The Hawai'i State Supreme Court moved to protect 1, 2oo, 000 acres of land for the Hawaiians.  These two cut- throats hatched a criminal plot to take food out of the mouths of Hawaiian children before the month of January was over.  Cut- throat pirate Lingle worked with sailors on Kaua'i to violate orders from other Courts as well as the same  Hawai'i State Supreme Court !!
  There was co- ordinated conspiracy to "launder" the 1, 200, 000 Hawaiian acres in Act 176 at the Legislature as well as in The "Public Lands" Development Corp.  The International Criminal Court (I.C.C.) goes back to just 2002.
