The pic is awesome. among all of the other stuff I do, I am also an artist would love to do some paintings off of that basic pic on your page. Nui Ha'aheo.

I've been reflecting on the hard work the school has done and at the hoike I was impressed at the things the haumana have done along with the efforts of their kumu. It made me swell with pride. Mahalo ia 'oe e Laara for your leadership and love for all. You all have lived up to my expectations and more. Mahalo for the parents that support the school's programs and efforts. Their success is personally demonstrated by my 'ohana whom we sent our children and they graduated with what they needed to go to college and have a deep insite and appreciation for their culture and political awareness. After failing to adjust in public schools and excelling in their schoolwork; we sent them to Halau Lokahi as a last resort. I can confidently say that our decision was pono and to our kids' advantage. I am so proud of them and what the school helped accomplish in forming their mindset to be productive members of our community and the pride Halau Lokahi instilled in them. Mahalo ia 'oe e na kumu and all others to keep the school going and running. To the parents; you have made a wise choice and should be proud of your children for participating in an excellent school. Much aloha for all.
