    Native Hawaiians with 50% plus bloodquantum was the only protection that Hawaii had.  We've known this since 1974, but we are insignificant today!  And now the easy way out is to say repeal PLDC?  Why not include OHA too and all it's once before supporters?  Should we not start there?
