  • Aloha Ehu, As with the Molokai Ranch Company, Dawson International will find it almost impossible to get insurance for their project. We koe nae'd the land, about 300+ of us. When potential investor's and insurance companies see all the red flags it becomes too much of a risk. Please note all of the developments that are now in a mess:

    Molokai
    Hokulia (developer going bankrupt)
Hale Mua (Kim and lawyers bankrupt)
    Kohanaiki

I will give you a better list later, still having morning coffee. The point is underneath all of this stoppage of developments is one thing: we did a koe nae on the project. It will never be printed in a newspaper and unfortunately for us most of our own people will only believe what they see is printed in a newspaper which is owned and controlled by the very same group of people that seek to develop our aina (land, water, land under the ocean water, minerals, air, all alloidial) in order to make themselves rich. It's sickening to read all the documents and how they all tie into each other and support one another in their crimes.

If you or anyone else is interested in koe nae you can get palapala here:

Ko Hawaii Pae Aina palapala koe nae

Koe nae na kuleana o na kanaka

(furthermore, the jurisdiction, the property and the responsibilities thereto are reserved to the constitutional members who are direct descendants of Ko Hawaii Pae Aina, identified prima facie as "kanaka")

Laws 1846, Royal Decree dated June 7, 1839 ma ko Hawaii pae aina established on October 10, 1840.
  • I'm not surprised but there is still hope with the younger generations. Once the few older sell outs die... they will be replaced with kind and compassionate younger ones. I remain very optimistic for our future despite da pilau LOL Aloha, L :)
