The Native Hawaiian Legal Corporation is challenging a permit application to allow for an advanced technology telescope on the summit of Haleakala, a place of spiritual and cultural significance to Native Hawaiians, on behalf of Kilakila `o Haleakala.  This is a court case so no public testimony is taken, but we can show support for Kilakila `o Haleakala by our presence.  Continuation of Day 1 Monday 7/18, and Day 2 Tuesday 7/19.  Closing arguments.
