  Aloha Bradda,
  Mahalo for the comment re MacDonald's vs Burger King. What prompted my post was a conversation with a Kanaka friend that the frying pan was an introduction from the ha'ole world that did adveresly affect Hawaiians as prior to that you cooked your food in an imu or huli huli that cooked out the grease.
  How, and why, did a MacDonald's promo ever make it to Maoliworld?

  The "Judgement Day" is here. Affter 116 years the Supreme Court of the United States will make a decision on the Hawaiian Sovereign National Lands of the Hawaiian Kingdom. Thru an "Act of War" United States continues to claim that it has the rightful authority to administrate the National Lands of the Hawaiian Kingdom. I and many Kanaka Maoli Hawaii have never and will never relinquished our claims of Inherent Sovereignty to the national lands of our nation, the Hawaiian Kingdom. Long Live The Hawaiian Kindom

  Mahalo for the Mo'olelo of the true Hawai'ian Flag! I was wondering is there a place I could buy a flag? I grew up in Keaukaha,Hilo and Now I live in Connecticut where Henry Opukaha'ia was for many years and his Ohana came to CT. and took him home to the Islands. Someday I will go home but for now I am here for in time will tell.. I only have a sticker of the Hawai'ian Flag that my Uncle Robert Keli'iho'omalu gave me... I would love to purchase a Flag and hang in my front of my Hale and for ever be proud of I am Hawai'ian! I do not Wa la'au because there is not enough of our people that speak but I do make my some of my Hawai'ian mea for me... Anyhow Mahalo and let me know!

  E kala mai ia'u, but can you tell me the history of the Hawaiian flag that you fly so proudly? I am unfamiliar w/ it and what is the difference between this one and the other modeled after the Union Jack? Again,forgive me my ignorance. Jus want to be enlightened. Mahalo!

  Aloha Keoni, mahalo for your comment regarding my aunty Lin Hau Kinekine aka. Helene Kapaku. This picture was taken about 1918 at a photography studio of a chinese photographer named On Char. I am planning on including pictures of my 'ohana as I get them. Anyways, she was a beautiful "hapa" pake wahine in her days.
