Thanks for the bloodmoney trail, when it rains it flows, huh?
I just hope that every one understands when we reach this jucture, that we pick up a broom and start cleaning up the mess. No one in the activist movement are liliy white! We all have made a mess of things, it's just some of us take on the pain early on and other's throw or caste it on to someone else. Such as the case with Kaleo. Yes, 10,000 signatures that someone has already bank rolled the innocence. I wanted to put a question mark at the end, but didn't. Although I was opposed to the Kau Inoa, I wanted to get my children into Kamehameha and one had to apply, I was out voted within my own family. Now it's time to get out the broom and mop up the stinken mess.
This is where the concept of broke mask (given the scream holiday) comes so I stand before you with nothing to hide, stock naked even. So what you going do about it? The super ego talking. Then the evil eye come next...the stare...and the stink eye. Full confrontation, eh...somebody get the mop and clean up this fricken bloody (Longs drugs make belief blood in the tube kine) mess.
All joking aside thanks Lana I needed that, this whole 'signature role was taken to the bank and our people rolled over the whole process, I did too. A lot of people are good at this game and understand how to fleece the Hawaiians. I surely sadden by this and I believe we just need to move on in hopes that we can educate our children to whereas it doesn't happen again. You know what, it will and when it does I hope we can stop it the next time. As for Kaleo his doing what he does best marketing No Ho Hewa and I feel it's a just cause. Take care Kaohi
