"Remembering that you are going to die is the best way I know to avoid the trap of thinking you have something to lose. You are already naked. There is no reason not to follow your heart."
I watched Charlie Rose on PBS last night, the documentary was well put together. I hope to go back to their site and relisten to all the speakers that was close to him. In the beginning of my academic life, I entered with a 'creative mind' with lost of color and aesthetic approaches. I was on the Mac, which helped the processes of research and writing. My thoughts equaled to the floating points of a Mac operating systems. Unlike the PC which is a matrix point operating systems, I now am the matrix thinker and have difficulty with the Mac. It is sad because the public school systems use Mac for their teaching tec. tools.
It's so very sad that he died so young--56 I believe. I first read about the whole beginning of the apple when I was in California. I was hard on the creative mind set and computors, I was not a matrix person yet. And floating points was what I liked best. It is difficult for me to work on apple today because my mind is so matrix. Thanks Steve for being in my life, I appreciated the scaffolding to the matrix world. May you rest in peace.
