The Office of Hawaiian Affairs (OHA) has posted a press release detailing their unanimous decision to support the Akaka bill and its recent changes which were made without input from the Hawaiian community.
Designed to legitimize Hawai`i's illegal overthrow over a century ago, the Akaka bill would create a US controlled "Native Hawaiian governing entity."
OHA trustees seek to be that entity, thus ensuring the continuance of their own paychecks and seats of power as puppets of the fake state of Hawai`i and the US.
The trustees have ignored calls for community hearings on the bill throughout Hawai`i for over a decade.
Many of the majority against the Akaka bill have signed an online petition to express their opposition.
