HAWAIIANS RESPOND TO "TALKING TRASH"

To the Council of Elders and All First-People of Yakama of Turtle Island -

My name is Foster Ampong from the Island of Maui, Hawaiian Islands of the Pacific. I am writing to extend my sincere apology to the Yakama people of Turtle Island for the attempt by the Hawaii State Government to dump Hawai`i's trash thousands of miles away on someone elses' lands.

Like myself, many native Hawaiians throughout these islands and abroad are not only embarrassed, we are greatly offended by this insulting and perverse behavior by officials of the state of Hawai`i.

For the sake of clarity, I would like to take this time to point out a few important facts.

The officials of the state of Hawai`i and those working, be they elected/appointed/hired are not representative of the first people of these Hawai`i Islands of the Pacific Ocean.

They are in fact official representatives of an occupying government on lands of an independently Sovereign, foreign country to the United States of America.

E kala mai i na tupuna i hala i na tupuna i`ola na po`e o ka `aina o Yakama.
(My most sincere and deepest apology to your elders of the past and of the living and all the first people of the lands of Yakama).

Foster Ampong

  • aloha foster,

it is important that before development begins to build, water flow, sewage and trash waste should be taken into consideration. over population is this major issue problem as long as this illegal state allow this over population to continue on our islands of Hawaii's Kingdom, we the Heirs will suffer the conseqences of over development, over over diverting of our sacred waters, over sewaged that is now leaking into our ocean resources and now over trashed that now has to be shipped out to the yakama lands...........wow, how humanity solves its problems and hand it over to another country to deal with it................mahalo foster for the exposure.................well presented.........many more blessings to you............da princess
  • ALOHA Kakou, e Ka Lahui O Yakama,
I join with my other Hawaiian Nationals and extend my apology to the Yakama Nation and its people.
The State of Hawaii is a Fake State of the United States. Having no lawful jurisdiction of law.
Culturally it is wrong for Hawaii to send it waste products to your homeland. Waste products that should remain in Hawaii.
I am grateful for your refusal to accept the Waste Products of Hawaii being sent to your homeland.
All native indigenous peoples of the world needs to take the same actions to protect their homelands from future desecration by agents of the United States.

  • Foster,

We are going up against the Land Use Commission on Sept. 9 and this is KAHEA extended argument for Waianae Area. We have dump sites through out Waianae that contain Nuclear waste (Waste Streaming Industry) and will be arguing with the Lawyer from the Industries for waste streaming in Waianae.

There is a high probability that all waste site's have U-234, U 235, and U 238 in one dump site. Also too, I believe that plutonium has been added too. It's against the NRC rules to truck or tansfer soil from the contaminated area to another area. Unless we have an agreement of martial law language such as the one on the Akaka Bill.

So thanks for taking care of this situation.

The Akaka Bill language without the bloodquantum the front gates are open to Veterans of the Arm Forces. I've been listening to Neil Aborcrombie's speeches for the light of this. Yup, military housing on 5(f), but if the bloodquantum is in place on the Akaka Bill they can't bring the Veteran's in through the front door.

too bad, I'm the only person calling the kettle black! And have the guts to do so we just need to get beyond Alvin and the Chipmunks.
