MEASURE TITLE - Establishing A Joint Legislative Investigative Committee To Investigate The Status Of Two Executive Agreements Entered Into In 1893 Between US President Grover Cleveland & Queen Lili`uokalani Of The Hawaiian Kingdom, Called The Lili`uokalani Assignment & The Agreement Of Restoration.

    A ten year old child can predict the conclusions of this "investigation" by the fakeState and brainwashers at UH Manoa. Lots of hopeful, innocent volunteers to help them dress up lies to look like THE TRUTH.

     

    Inside of 365 days the 1893 overthrow was settled justly.  On April 1, 1893  the American flag was lowered; Our Queen's Ensign restored.  The U.S. marines were ordered back onto their ships.  Just 74 days.  The U.S. President was back for his second term.  He knew what he was doing.  James Blount made his Report.  On November 13, 1893  Our Queen noted that there would be beheadings according to the Kingdom Constitution.  Just 301 days.  Then on December 18, 1893  the U.S. President gave Our Queen the Christmas present of a lifetime.  The U.S. President  reported to both the U.S. House and the U.S. Senate that there was one and only one just course: Our Queen should resume Her reign in 'Iolani Palace.  Just 336 days.  Short and sweet !  Justice was not that hard to find at all.  Justice was right there in the letters and telegrams that passed back and forth.

    On December 31, 1893  after just 350 days Our Queen was ready to walk back into 'Iolani Palace and sit on the Throne.  Justice was so simple.  Right here you are looking at the absolutely strongest case that the Hawaiian Nation will ever be able to make.  Every other detail and moment will only taint and sour that case.  What happened through months and years later are insignificant details.  Oh !  Yes those details in the later months are "significant" to: the black- birding pirates of the world.  Justice does have a bad habit of being trampled over.  But some human beings love Justice more than they love anything else in the entire world.

    Please, please, No, No !!  When the fakeState gets involved ,  Hawaiians could lose 20, 000 to 50, 000 acres of National Lands !!

    Dr.  David Keanu Sai,  you have the "right" and freedom to make your case throughout this whole world.  But please go down in jurisdictions.  Feel free and enjoy your "right" to take your case for Hawaiians before the tin- horn politicians of Honolulu.

    Queen Liliuokalani had No Right to place herself above the Constitution of the Hawaiian Kingdom and grant Amnesty to Thurston and His Committee of Safety for their Acts of Treason against the Constitution of the Hawaiian Kingdom!  

    Just as Queen Liliuokalani asked God to forgive Thurston and His Committee of Safety for their Sins in her, Queen's Pray to Princess Kaiulani!  

    The Queen's So Called Agreement of Restoration was HEWA!   As the Queen played right into the Trap of Thurston and His Committee of Safety! 

    Just as HEWA that is Happening with the Iwi Kupuna at Kawaiahao today.
