I too d not belelive that we should borrow loans for any type of lands , banks been doing this since the halowell kenbeck days when ebenzer was alive. each process was due to phony collaberation on investors who opposses people to sig dcuments wth out them in their owstate of mind, and people here no oncellar phones are the same, i d not beleive in hawaii being in debt to a civilization w has powere and money. i can talk now becausei do not have a bank account at this time.
Yes, all titles clouded. Yes, and OHA is in the mix with their loans. It is so sad that they became part of the problem and the banks are using them as a covernant. The banks are hoping that OHA uses severe punishment and scare tactic without due process. Balloon payment, double the loan from 24 thousand to 79 thousand an impossible amount to pay in five years. All that crooked stuff. So very sad!
