    Until the US Supreme Court makes a decision on the Ceded Lands the Legislature should Halt all actions on the Ceded Lands. Any and all actions of the Ceded Lands by the Legislature, the OHA Trustees and Lingle is in violation of the laws surrounding the Ceded Lands. Especailly the Hawaii Supreme Court ruling on the Ceded Lands based on Public Law 103-150. KU I KA PONO
