DID THE US STEAL HAWAI`I?

The United States claims it possesses the Hawaiian Islands. But the facts show that at no time did lawful title to the Hawaiian Islands actually transfer from the Hawaiian Kingdom to the US either directly or indirectly.

The thieves who stole the Hawaiian Kingdom “car” fenced it to the US, who has been driving it around as its own.

The takeover of the Hawaiian Kingdom violated the Hawaiian Constitution, the US Constitution and the Law of Nations.

According to the governing principles embodied in those documents, the only lawful means to peacefully change a government is by the consent of the people.

There was no consent of the people for the 1893 takeover, nor for the 1893 Provisional Government for Hawai`i, nor for the 1894 formation of the Republic of Hawai`i, nor for the 1898 Annexation to the US, which was not even legitimate according to US law.

And finally, the 1959 vote conferring “statehood” to Hawai`i was based upon the previous illegitimate acts and did not conform to the criteria or procedures required by international law under the United Nations Charter.

The “statehood” plebiscite constituted fraud and thus, “the state of Hawai`i” is an unlawful entity - a fake state.Enhanced by Zemanta

  •   It has long been a dream of mine, to see Hawai'i re-established as an independent state, be it kingdom, republic or commonwealth, but independent, none the less. The issue does come down to land, and proprietorship/ stewardship.  Too many people in Hawai'i are depossessed of any title or access to the land. Is homelessness to be one of the acceptable prices for US statehood ?   Those who do have access to land, have to struggle for water rights to water it, and maintain the way of the mahi 'ai. Without the farmer, there goes a whole way of traditional life. Water for farms or golf courses, which is more important ?  There is so much that needs to be rectified. The problems seem to be insurmountable, but are they unsolvable ?  Hawai'i is not bereft of intelligent souls, we will find our proper course, just as our kupuna found their way across the vast Moana, to these very shores.

  • If we have a Plebiscite voters will vote for US and their constitution.  Regardless, as to how we feel today, the people of Hawaii will chose a non monarchy.  What do we have is just a part of: Part in access, water usage, and gathering rights.  One might want to look at the future generation and their Independence: land take over, right to practice culture and existing in Hawaii as ones sustainable planning.

The strongest hold we have is Independence--the question is how?  Calling the US on the grounds as fraud is a start.  It takes pure discipline to maintain the grounds we live on.  Not too many people that are actively voicing their thoughts are on land.  It's much easier to voice from air space as oppose to from land and a mono community.   Hawaiian Kingdom was inclusive, but it had a history of broken contract agreements with US before the existence of the Hawaiian Monarchy.  How many scholars would attest to that?  It was not only diseased sailors, and missionaries that hurt our people and their islands--it was the standing man in front of the Judiciary Bldg.  Lost of human lives from the male population and enslaving women and their children to carry stones was the outcome.

How many leaders fertile the grounds they walk on for native Hawaiian women and their children? Really, or do they join the Angle Saxon in their judgment too?
