AKAKA BILL DEFEAT - VICTORY FOR HAWAIIAN INDEPENDENCE MOVEMENT

Pacific Islands Report - December 27, 2010

Hawaiiansadvocating the restoration of independence for the Hawaiian Islandscelebrated the demise of the infamous "Akaka Bill" in the US Congress.

Withoutfunding or political standing, Hawaii patriots fought an 11-year-longbattle to stop the bill by facing down overwhelming odds of tens ofmillions of US lobbying dollars, the most powerful of the powerbrokersfrom Hawai`i to Washington DC, and a hostile press.

Thedefeat of the Akaka Bill is a true underdog/David-Goliath story, atestament to the power of the sheer tenacity of Hawai`i’s people armedwith the truth. It is a convincing victory for the Hawaiian independencemovement....

...With theAkaka Bill diversion out of the way, attention can be focused on thereal issue of restoring the independent nation of Hawai`i.

    I  have questions about your analysis.  The Akaka Bill was about "The Claims Extinguishment Paper".  That arena was to be in the Bureau of Indian Affairs. 

    All of a sudden the arena switched to Honolulu and the "ceded lands" case.  It's about Claims,  claims, claims.  Lingle and Bennett: "absolute clear title".  This looks like the Akaka Bill but just in a different arena.  Lingle and Bennett scored a smashing VICTORY !!  March 31, 2009 will not just go away.  1, 200, 000 acres of Hawaiian National lands were transfered to Fakestate of Hawai'i jurisdiction.  The Hawai'i State Supreme Court could do nothing about it !!  Lingle and Bennett went right around the "recognition" bullshit as well as "The Claims Extinguishment Paper" and settled some claims WITHOUT the Akaka Bill !!!

    Royalists had better understand what is going on here !  Why is it that Royalists have a hard time understanding what opponents from all parts of the USA are saying was their various rationales for opposition ??  I  cannot believe or understand their arguments against Akaka.  Their arguments look nothing like our local arguments !  Why ??  We had better figure it out in a hurry...... before we lose another 1, 000, 000 acres.

    RIP with the AKaKa BILL.   Hawaiian Nationals are moving forward  with the DEATH of the AKaKa BILL.   Hawaiian National no longer will linger on issues like the AKaKa BILL or the Blood Quantum to divided us from our mission to FREE HAWAII.   FREE HAWAII from 118 years of Occupation under the Military Forces of the United States.

         The AKaKa BILL was DEAD from the very beginning.   Just as the Blood Quantum was DEAD of the native Hawaiian from the very beginning.   Native Hawaiians who support the AKaKa BILL and the Blood Quantum are the Enemies of today who continues the wrongs of the Occupation of Hawaii. 

         Native Hawaiians who do not want to change as they have benefitted greatly from the wrong of the Occupation of Hawaii.  Native Hawaiians who do not want to "Open The Floods Gates" of the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act.  

         Native Hawaiians of the Blood Quantum who supports Governor Abercrombie.   Will these native Hawaiians demand of Abercrombie that he implement the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act?   Will these native Hawaiians go to the incoming Legislature and support the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act be implemented?  

         Only time will tell if native Hawaiians will change and demand Justice.
