    The tiers represent, from the top down:
    Ke Ali'i Nui a me ke Kahuna nui - High chief and High priest
    Ka Papa Ali'i -- The Chiefly Class
    Ka Papa Kahuna -- The Priestly and Specialty Skilled Class
    Ka Papa Maka'āinana (three tiers of regular folks)
    Na Kauwā -- The outcasts and low servants
