the haiku stairs are closed to the public. some pilikia regarding access and safety. the security guards usually get on at 7am so you need to be on your way up the stairs before they get to work : )
That picture was taken on Haiku stairs, also known as stairway to heaven. It is an awesome hike, but you gotta start early before the security guards start work. I just finished a video on it. Will send you a link to youtube when pau.
