Private Properties of our Royal Family
 
Ruth Keelikolani was a member of our Kamehameha Family, our Royal Family which exists today. 
 
Ruth Keelikolani had siblings:  Paalua, David Kamehameha, Moses Kekuaiwa, Lot Kamehameha/ became Kamehameha V, Alexander Liholiho/became Kamehameha IV, Victoria Kamamalu, John Kapena, Sam Kapena, Umiokalani, and hanai/adopted sister:  Bernice Pauahi/Bernice Pauahi Bishop.  Note:  Abner Paki was the father of Bernice Pauahi/Bernice Pauahi Bishop.  Abner Paki died in 1855 and had stepchildren Kalola (w) and others.

Our Royal Family is from a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation, an independent recognized nation, a Monarchy government since 1810 during the time of Kamehameha I.
 
In 1840 during the time of Kamehameha III, he turned the Monarchy government into a Constitutional Monarchy government.
 
Our ancient society has existed for more than 1,650+ years.
 
Private Properties, Allodial lands Assigned since the Mahele of 1848
  
Ruth Keelikolani's land was conveyed to Bernice Pauahi Bishop. who died in 1884.
Her next-of-kin was Kalola (w) as documented in Probate. of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
Bernice Pauahi Bishop's husband was Charles Reed Bishop who  1) lost all interest in lands because of treason, conspiracy, because he was the head of the Provisional Government's Department of Education 2) he supported the usurpers of Queen Liliuokalani in 1893 and 3) he was entitled to only a life interest in the Estate of Bernice Pauahi and had he not been treasonous, a conspirator, his  life time interest ended at his death in 1915.
Kalola (w) our ancestor died in 1886, her son Alapai Kahekili Luluhiwalani/Alapai Kahekili/Kahekili had a hanai/adopted sister named Kapooloku/Kapoolohu/Poomaikelani/Princess Poomaikelani who married his son Ioela and had Haili who married Kaluakini who had Elikapeka Kaimiola Kaluakini and who married Joseph Gora and had John Gora (and siblings) who married Mary Castro and had  Amelia Gora (and siblings).
Pedigree of Kamehameha descendant Kalola (w):
Kamehameha  married Kamanu and had Kalanihelemaiiluna.
Kalanihelemaiiluna  married and had two sons named Kalaniulumoku and Abner Paki.
Kalaniulumoku married Liliha then married Kakainalii.
Kalaniulumoku had Kalola (w) and other children.
Kalola (w) married Luluhiwalani and had Kahekili/Alapai Kahekili/Alapai Kahekili Luluhiwalani and hanai/adopted daughter named Kapooloku/Kapoolohu/Abigaila/Poomaikelani/Princess Poomaikelani.
Kahekili married Kahananui and had Ioela.
Ioela married Kapooloku/Kapoolohu/Abigaila/Poomaikelani/Princess Poomaikelani and had Haili (w) (siblings).
Haili (w) married  Kaluakini and had Elikapeka Kaluakini (siblings).  Their hanai/adopted daughter was Kapiolani/Queen Kapiolani who had married  King David Kalakaua.
Elikapeka Kaluakini married Joseph Gora and had John Gora (siblings).
John Gora married Mary Castro and had Amelia Gora (siblings).
Documents to that effect was served to U.S. President Trump, Governor Ige, Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estates/KSBE/Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates and Liliuokalani Trust via Certified, Return Receipt Requested through the U.S. Post Office.
Conveyances to the U.S. made by Non-Owners/Non Allodial land owners/Pirates/Pillagers/Conspirators/Treasonous persons  
 
Aliens conveyed land to the government, the U.S. who had no allodial land titles.
 
Conveyance was illegally made and without the authorization of our Royal Family.
 
Kamehameha III did document that there were disabilities and the U.S. and Great Britain could not own lands in the Hawaiian Islands.
Rents are due for the use of our Royal Family's lands - the Iand called Keoua which belonged to Ruth Keelikolani and transferred to Bernice Pauahi/Bernice Pauahi Bishop who died in 1884.
Bernice Pauahi/Bernice Pauahi Bishop's next-of-kin was Kalola (w) our ancestor.
The Trustees of Bernice Pauahi/Bernice Pauahi Bishop are Not related to our Royal Family, they are Aliens, usurpers, conspirators who claimed to own the lands of Bernice Pauahi/Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
They could never own Allodial lands of our Royal Family, they conspired against Queen Liliuokalani and moved to dethrone her, pirate, pillage private properties that they could never own.  Aliens could only have Fee Simple or 30 years, lease, less than Allodial, Freehold lands.
 
No Annexation, No Jurisdiction
 
There was No Annexation which means that the U.S. has No Jurisdiction.

Rents Due for Our Royal Family's Private Properties
The amount due is $50,000 per acre per month retroactive to 1884 for the three (3) acre plus - private property of Ruth Keelikolani which was conveyed to Bernice Pauahi /Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
The next-of-kin was Kalola (w) who was a sibling and cousin of Bernice Pauahi/Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
Charles Reed Bishop, the "gold digger" husband of Bernice Pauahi/Bernice Pauahi Bishop lost all interest in 1893 due to his association, conspiracy, treason against Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.  Had he not committed treason, conspiracy, piracy, pillaging, he would have been entitled to only a life interest which terminated upon his death in 1915.
Special Note:
 
Our Royal Family may move onto our Private Properties at our pleasure as documented in court case precedence.
 
Failure to pay rents means that you will either have to vacate the premises or remove the buildings from our Allodial lands.
