Republic of Hawaii international recognition

So apparently someone went to the archives and found official de jure recognition documents for the Republic of Hawaii, from everyone from the Queen of England, to the President of Peru. So should we be trying to restore the Republic of Hawaii instead of the Kingdom of Hawaii?
