  aloha kaohi... dec 18 1893 the queen signed the restoration agreement that ended the ilegal overthrow... dec 18 1893 was the same day cleveland wrote the letter to congress (according to keanu the president is the sole head of state of foreign affairs and does not need to be ratified by congress)... the morgan report was totally oppisite of blounts... everyone was found not guilty, except the queen who was trying to change the constitution... the TURPIE RESOLUTION said no nation and the u s, should not interfere in the hawaiian affair... after the kue petition stop the u s legally annexing hawaii... mckinley wanted to open a military base... so he went to the p g who offer u s a treaty of annexation... the problem with the p g was that they only had one native hawaiian... so the treaty was never ratified by the senate... the u s used the NEWLANDS RESOLUTION(joint resolution) to annex hawaii(a JOINT RESOLUTION is only good in its own countries boarders which is ilegal in hawaii, u s and international laws)... kaohi i hope this will help you next time they talk about the resolution....... kaohi we are truely belessed our moopuna recognized the aloha spirit in each other... the future looks bright...... as for posting i just started last month... learnning it today and applying it for tommorrow... mahalo for shareing... aloha for now

  I read your response to pono's posting, I had a wonderful day with you and your daughter. You are learning and fast tracking-which is good. I still get lost in the joint, Newlands, and turpie resolution and can get creamed for not knowing. But still learning the details. I am knew to blog posting. Much aloha
