Sounds like a good idea. It may create cultural artists overnight, indeed encourage them. Potential market saturation. And who will determine who can use the trademark? I think the thing, in theory, is better offf as an injunction for the merchants pimping the culture. Then the cultural groups can create their own brand name, as would be a problem if the delegation of the thing were given to OHA.
