Of the 40,000 non Kingdom subjects in Hawai`i at the time of the illegal 1898 overthrow, only 1,928 or so were U.S. nationals as documented by the 1900 census.
They represented less than 3% of the entire population.
The rest of the non U.S. aliens were not supportive of the illegal annexation of Hawai`i by the US.
This means that less than 3% of the population, all of them US aliens, hijacked the Hawaiian Nation against the wishes of almost everybody else.

I would say that today maybe it's 3% of the population that wants to FREE HAWAII.
Once we come together as Hawaiian Nationals, there will be nothing from stopping us from the restoration of our nation, the Kingdom of Hawaii.
I believe that it is meant to be that our population of the Kingdom of Hawaii be small in the beginning of our nation.
That we must control the population of the Kingdom from those who will always support the HEWA WAYS of the United States! Like the division of our people by Blood Quantum!
