we're talking about our future
proposed Wailua beach bikepath: in favor or not?
TheWailua-Kapaa Neighborhood Association invited proponents ofboth sides to present their positions at our July 25and August 24, 2009 meetings.
On September 8th, the Officeof Hawaiian Affairs (OHA) reversed itsposition and came out against a bike path/boardwalk on Wailua Beach,preferring the existing path behind Coco Palms.
We are now offering the public a chance to vote on this issue.
