  • Please explain briefly more about a "placement of moratorium on sales and transfer of ceded lands." What does that entail?
  • The Legislative Hawaiian Caucus that is being held on Thursday, January 22 is not a Public Hearing on the Ceded Lands Issue. Public Hearings will come later on with Moratorium on the Sales and Transfer of Ceded Lands. What really is needed also besides a Moratorium on the Ceded Lands is a Complete State Inventory of the Public Land Trust.
