SUPERFERRY JUMPS SHIP ON RENT

Waterfront Partners sued Hawai`i Superferry in Circuit Court yesterday, alleging the Superferry has failed to pay $51,310 in rent on its leased headquarters at One Waterfront Plaza.The landlord alleges the Superferry stopped making lease payments on March 20, the day after Superferry ceased operations in Hawai`i because of a state Supreme Court ruling.

  • This is only the beginning of what is to come...will HSF turn around and sue the State? That is what we get for circumventing the law and kowtowing to corporate interests at the expense of the people and the environment. This is what happens when someone or something is not right with the universe....when things are not done in balance with the community, the environment....good does overcome evil....but in this case evil doesn't recognize itself in the mirror. What a waste of time, enerrgy and money.....
