REVIEWING IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS .......OPPOSITION TO ANNEXATION found by Kiliwehi; Kawaiahao EVIDENCE, etc.
Compiled by Amelia Gora (2011)The following document was found by Kiliwehi Kekumano. This document was delivered to the President in 1897 protesting the Annexation.
If you read what our Queen Liliuokalani actually wrote, this verifies that the entity State of Hawaii with the U.S. could not annex the Hawaiian Islands.
This document took years to find, and a fraudulent document sits in the Archives with doctored words.
No one wants the Hawaiian people/kanaka maoli/aboriginal Hawaiians/Hawaiian Nationals to have knowledge of these documents.
There are genocide laws that can be applied as well....Premeditation, duress, stress, usurpation, coercion, genocide lists documented in our records as well as the entity State of Hawaii/City and County -Honolulu Police Department, etc.
The legal references will be given to defenders of Ko Hawaii Nei Pae Aina/ Ko Hawaii Pae Aina/Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii/Hawaiian Islands/Hawaiian archipelago.
Some of the laws/issues are included at the end of these papers, which were compiled in part by Hank Fergerstrom, et. als. from the Big Island.

Tin Hu Young
Uncle Tin, as he is affectionately called, came to Kawaiaha‘o because his loving wife Helen was part of the Royal Order. Attending church on Ali‘i Sunday, one thing led to another and soon he found himself volunteering with Mr. Merci in the Archives. This led him to become a Board Trustee. As the Grounds and Maintenance Chair, his duties were expanded to include Archives and Cemeteries. After 25 plus years, he continues to volunteer as Director of Archives and Cemeteries, of which his knowledge and wisdom is priceless and irreplaceable.

Watters Martin

Entrepreneur; Collector; HistorianWatters Martin as a matter of being, is a Historian due to his innate penchant for Hawaiian collectables. Every item has a history and a story – all of which are intertwined in genealogy and in particular that of our Royal and Missionary Families. In this way he has been an invaluable connecting rod for linking family information as well as the fascinating relationships between Hawaiians and Missionaries forged through the religious foundation of Kawaiaha‘o Church.
Kaipo Kanahele
