This is to remind you that you took an oath to represent the people of Hawai'i. After witnessing the charade and political back-sratching in the Senate Chamber, I was outraged by the conduct of the senators who was apparent that they did their arguments behind closed doors rather than take this controversial issue into the senate chamber.
There was no debate but a railroading of this bill which we the people deserved much more than a flippant rush through of a bill we find repugnant. This was a blatant miscarriage of justice and democracy and sickening to observe the rubber-stamping of its passage through political complacency for pecuniary reasons.
We have asked for public hearings on all islands so we can speak out on the issues of this bill which is now on the floor in the House as HB 1627 and hope that you will consider opposing this nefarious and seditious Bill.
We are cognizant that it is in violation of the U.S. constitutional laws and international laws whereby you do not have the jurisdiction to create a puppet Native Hawaiian governing entity to usurp the still existing Kingdom of Hawai'i.
We will not tolerate this faux native Hawaiian governing entitty as it is NOT representative of we, the citizens of the lawful Kingdom of Hawaii, which is still under the U.S. belligerent occupation and subject to the law of occupation.
We will continue to fight this travesty of justice and not recognize the copy of the Akaka Bill as a representation of us and our rights. This objection to the bills SB1; SB 1520; and HB 1627; as well as the duplicate version known as the Akaka Bill in U.S. Congress is well-documented and recorded in the countless testimonies.
We are quite aware of the ulterior motives which we find despicable. We will remember those who disregarded our opposition at election time and who ram-rodded this bill by forcing it on us. We will constantly fight against the entity if you decide to create this faux entity to steal our status, rights and resources.

Yes it was a slam bam thank mam on the Senate floor without the peoples consent. The House should listen to the people and not politicians that are acting in malice towards the native people of Hawaii. It is not only a detriment to the native, but the reorganization wreaks with bad politics to its citizens. Also too, those of us that consider ourselves to be Independent and Hawaiian Nationals and the fact is we are still occupied by the US renegade military that is holding citizens of Hawaii hostage rebuke the passing of HB 1627. Thanks for the chat, I enjoyed our talk on the apology. Also too, thanks for sharing your videos--it brings back a lot of memories. As for the Auld--Toni Yardly acknowledged her great grandfather has being the person to carry the petition to President McKinley. I was sitting near and that was so earth shaking because I understood why my mother was so cranky about all the meetings at our Auld house with the Mitchells and others. Anyway it made a lot of sense.
May we find our way to the Hawaiian Question as to why we are unearthing our Na Kupuna without family permission. And the fact is this is so unholy!

The Apology is a Mea Culpa and an attempt to answer the question of 'moral authority' to address those that are not 50% plus bloodquantum, but are Hawaiian Nationals at the time of 1893 overthrow of the Hawaiian Kingdom a Constitutional Government.
However, its all about money and more money, but sustainable for military in Hawaii usage!
They waited because somehow Beadie Dawson did a 'law job' and Jerry the Commissioner was not going to go down with this one. Unlike Norman who was trying to change the rehabilitation act to reorganization act. Why, I believe is your question because Hawaii especially OHA and other well known agencies have been receiving Indian money and that to me was so illegal because we have our own money. Greed in a sense went a long way, and those that ran for OHA did not take responsibility for their taking of monies. So the change from rehab to reorganizations hooks us up to Indian money, Indian uranium, and Indian gambling. What concerns me today (aside from all the bickering) is the shift to local. If that happens than the people on DHHL will be even more genocidal. Like with the Palestinian Question. I have a bunch of books on my shelf that I read to maintain my on tract to that phenomenon too. We seem to be following the 'settlement' and take over for we have many similarities that the Palestinians have.
