Exactly. Bennett falsely claimed that the title was transferred via the Admissions Act. What a lie! He has no written evidence that shows that the "State" Of Hawai'i has perfect title because they do not. Oiwi never agreed to transfer their title and per the statute of frauds it MUST be in writing. They never signed. (Our kupuna were very smart.)
