IS HELP REALLY ON THE WAY FOR STOLEN HAWAIIAN LANDS?

IS HELP REALLY ON THE WAY?Stolen Lands Moratorium Bill IntroducedA bill that calls for a moratorium on the sale and transfer of stolen Hawaiian Kingdom lands was introduced at the fake state Capitol. Members of native Hawaiian groups packed a room at the Capitol to listen to the Legislative Hawaiian Caucus talk about rights for their people. Native Hawaiian groups say these stolen lands should be protected for their people."No one is concerned, but we are very concerned with the disposition of our people and children from their land," said Mililani Trask, a native Hawaiian leader from Hilo."Time has come now for us to organize and move as Martin Luther King and Gandhi have."

  • On Wednesday Feb. 4 will be the first public hearing on Moratorium Bills in the House Committee on Hawaiian Affairs. Since 1900 the Territory and now the State of Hawaii has never had a complete inventory of the Public Land Trust. When the State of Hawaii leases lands of the Public Land Trust for $1.00 for 65 years that is a violation of the Public Land Trust laws. Violating not only the rights of the Native Hawaiian people but also members of the general public. For over 28 years the Legislature has given a check to the OHA Trustees based on revenues from the Public Land Trust. With no account or inventory of the Public Land Trust. Same old story, give the Hawaiians Grumbs from the Public Land Trust and let them be happy. Well, the Good Old Days are over of giving Hawaiians Grumbs, The Public Land Trust are the Sovereign Lands of the Hawaiian Kingdom. Sovereign Lands that Hawaiians have an Inherent Sovereign claim to those national lands as the Indigenous People of the Hawaiian Kingdom. It's time for the United States to pull down their flag and Go Home, get out of Hawaii.
