The utility alleges that high electric prices are out of their control


. It is hard to verify that, since most pricing information is a state secret. Now, for the first time, the public may be able to see the raw data.

 

SB 656, SD1 will be heard on Tuesday.  It requires the public utilities commission to publish  contracts, including price information, for the purchase of renewable energy by energy utilities on a publicly-accessible portion of the commission's website.

Testimony is urgently needed

1) go to this site:

http://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/submittestimony.aspx


2) Type in "SB656" in the box under “enter a measure” and click on "submit"

3) The date, time, etc. for the hearing will appear in green

4) Then enter your personal information, click on “individual” and click “oppose”

5) Then scroll down to the "additional comments" box, add your personal comments/
sentences into the box (OR write up your comments and save as a document, use the “browser” box, and it will upload for you).

6) Then click the little "I agree to terms" box at the bottom, and hit “SUBMIT.” It will automatically be sent to the Chairs of the Committees.

    There are lots of wonderful people working at the Kauai Island Utility Cooperative (KIUC).

    It's a Co- op right ?? In the tradition of none other than Robert Owen, a Utopian.

    But blunders are going on to the tune of $325, 000. There must be some degenerates at the Co- op who have to be purged. We have the book- keeping for $325, 000 and suspects. Easy job !! Who got this money ?? ..... and we want detail because we are tracking down degenerates.

    Out here in the Pacific degenerates tend to be Black- birding Pirates. How much of this $325, 000 went to people who love Kaua'i ?? How much of the money went to "adventurers" euphemistically ?? In detail. How much went to Dr. Carl Berg ?? How much went to Kekane Pa ?? People who love this Island. How much went to the ditchmen at the Water Board ??

    On the other hand, what funds went to pirate ships that passed Kaua'i in the night ?? What funds were handed out by degenerates at the Kauai Island Utility Cooperative (KIUC) ??

    The electric and the water on Kaua'i are too precious to have degenerates tampering with them. Now is the time to find those to be purged.

    We have a full, comprehensive range of experts right here on Kaua'i invested in her future. Why do we need to pay for experts in Washington, D.C. or Honolulu ?? .... some of them known, established PIRATES !!

    The Hawai'i State Supreme Court ruled that claims of The Hawaiian Kingdom to watershed lands and the rainwater falling on the Kaua'i mountaintops have validity !! Gov. Lingle of the fakeState claimed "clear absolute title" to "ceded lands". Once the U.S. Supreme Court ruled on March 31, 2009, the fakeState legislated to itself, the fakeState, POWER over 1, 200, 000 acres across The Hawaiian Kingdom. Exactly where are these lands on Kaua'i ??

    According to the Hawai'i State Supreme Court, The Hawaiian Kingdom has possibly valid claim to political POWER over these watershed lands and the water flowing from them !!

    Exactly where are these lands on Kaua'i ?? Kaua'i's share ? WHERE ARE THE MAPS ??

    What lands are to be flooded by hydro- power ?? WHERE ARE THE MAPS ??

    Why are our County Water engineers NOT involved ?? They must know a little about "water rights" ??
    What kind of a "Co- operative" is this ?? .... a genocidal co- op ??

    So KIUC can just turn around and give the Maka'ainana "recognition" as an Indian Tribe  ??? .....

    with NO "water rights"  ????
