    A picture is worth a thousand words. How appropriate for this scene to take place in Waikiki...a land of spouting water: famed for its abundant lo'i kalo, kumu la'au niu and he'e nalu maika'i. Home to our Alii Nui. Despite the ugly concrete buildings that litter the beaches, let us never forget the history of Waikiki and why Kanaka Maoli need to make their presence known there.
