Florida judge rules health care law unconstitutional

This may affect Hawaiian nationals who are stuck in the matrix LOL

Florida judge Roger Vinson ruled TODAY that the mandatory buy-in health insurance is unconstitutional.

An excerpt of his ruling:

"For the reasons stated, I must reluctantly conclude that Congress exceeded the bounded of its authority in passing the Act with the indivual mandate. That is not to say, of course that Congress is without power to address the problems and inequities in our healthy care system. The health care market is more than one sixth of the national economy,

and without doubt Congress has the power to reform and regulate this market. That has not been disputed in this case. The principal dispute has been about how Congress chose to exercise that power here.

Because the individual mandate is unconstitutional and not severable, the entire Act must be declared void."

W ell still representatives are trying t make abill that to stop obama in his heallth reform , so this judge is just looking fowards to an answer as soon as possible since thats not on their agenda at this time i recall that most people who are already who has insurance he is saying to not buy insurance i think it is for the betterment of the welfare system, this is why representatives do not want a health reform because they do not ewant t see a high tax come out of the people , well obama just give us the money nd we will pay it back is their thinking at this time , i think jesus is th only way and he will provide , because our president is trying to resolve this issue still with them, i am praying that rail stops and he gives the people the monies for health reform. so it is either rail or health reform .

now they want to raise prices , well when we have rail there goes up the food, i encourage people to sign petiton to stop the rail , and govenor think about our agriculture i think this should be his first concern then tackle what ever out come
