I don't know if "personal testimonies" are being accepted, but it looks like the strategy (as practiced by the Senate) of invitation-only testifiers is being adhered to. I have no idea whether individuals who show up will be allowed to testify. They weren't - in the Senate.
Fax if you can - emails to the Chair - with proper Bill Identification and hearing date and time - should probably get through (if you don't have access to a fax machine).
Please let "them" know that all in Hawai'i DO NOT support the "Shit" Bill.

I entreat all Congresspeople to Oppose S.1011/H.R. 2314.
The bottomline is that you are taking a large portion of the Hawaii Nationals and separating them from the rest of its citizens to create an indigenous group and label them Native Americans to create a tribal group and subjugate them as wards of the U.S. The treatment of this "U.S. indigenous group" will be handled and treated as your own native Americans, the indigenous people of your continent.
The U.S. expressly recognizes Hawai'i's unique circumstances and is trying to fit it within their system. You must first prove that Hawai'i is legitimately part of the U.S. The intrigue and complicity in conspiring to takeover another nation-state using the doctrines of the racist manifest destiny are immorally and politically seditious as well as being covetous contrary to the Christian principle that you profess. It appears that your government has broken all ten of the commandments in pursuing its wanton desires. You cannot redefine our status because you wish it so.
There has not been any public hearings on all the islands except on Oahu since the year 2000 and since then there have been many amendments to the bill. A small elite group of Hawaiian-Americans have input while the rest of the Hawaii nationals have been shut out of the process. We rebuke the wording of the bill and contents which white-wash the facts. One cannot cull a portion of the Hawaii nationals and relegate them to a tribal indigenous group of the U.S. while ignoring the rest of the Hawaii nationals not of native Hawaiian blood. We want to review the final bill for approval before it goes up for a vote by U.S. Congress.
The doctrines of manifest destiny is archaic and vacuous; to further it along, you continue to use that myth to validate your own existence. The Akaka Bill = S.1011/H.R. 2314 is unlawful and criminal from its inception and nothing can change that revision of our lawful and moral existence. This is more smoke and mirrors to obfuscate the truth.
Legally and lawfully, the U.S. cannot produce the required treaty of annexation in which to make a claim of ownership nor can they show the consent of the people because of the memorial and Ku'e petitions of 1897 which demonstrates the Hawaii nationals' disdain for the U.S. dishonorable actions. You are the thief fencing its stolen goods unto itself to make it look legitimate and the wishes of the Hawai'i nationals.
What is so difficult to comprehend? Free Hawai'i! Our confidence in an existing nation will not be deterred by the criminal actions of the U.S.A. Instead, the U.S. needs to de-occupy the still-existing Kingdom of Hawai'i.
So true, how easily we kanaka maoli are to be divided and conquered.
Kanaka Maoli should be a mind & heart thing and not a blood "quantum" which is a Colonial program to cause HEWA

Systematic exclusion but IMO we should still let it be known in WRITING that we vehemently oppose this B.S. Native Hawaiian LAND Reorganization Act.
Online and offline. Oh and videos too to be evidence for further litigation ;)
