AKAKA BILL REINTRODUCED INTO US CONGRESS

US Senate and House sponsors introduced the Akaka bill today which would create a process to legitimize the illegal overthrow of the Hawaiian Kingdom.The legislation, if passed, would perfect all land title in Hawai`i, seal the theft of lands seized during the overthrow, and legally cover over all illegal acts by the US both during the overthrow and during the fake statehood vote in 1959.There would be no legal recourse for recovery.The Akaka bill would also designate native Hawaiians as "indians" or wards of the US federal government and place them on reservations.Felons currently incarcerated in US federal prisons also enjoy the status of wards.Typically native peoples who enter into such an agreement with the US federal government end up with less than two percent of their lands, little money and no legal recourse for recovery.

The Akaka Bill Government Reoganization Act is a fraud. How can one organize what never was? The plan is to organize a tribe dependent of the USA in exchange of one's nationality and citizenship. It's a choice to being stateless in one's own homeland or to be wards of the USA for however long it pleasures them. By that time, you will consent to give up your nationality for theirs and in exchange, give up your nation's territory, jurisdiction, resources, to become a side-show freak in the racist, phony U.S.A. When they tire of you, you will be just another entity in the U.S. collection within a menagerie of oddities. You will receive dictates from over 4,000 miles away and you must do their bidding for the crumbs they toss your way. They will cripple you by making you dependent on them. Get used to trading your lei hulu for eagle tail feathers. Join Aloma of the South Seas and the Tuttles of Tahiti that they can ridicule you as way beneath them is status. Get used to the lame-brain insults and Ponce Ponce-type profiling. Make those character-assassinations of Hawaiians come true for them. Be their little puppet! All I can say is, "Your not stepping up in the world like you once were. Write to ALL the Congresspeople AND the President that you will not participate in this charade via the Akaka Bill and do it NOW. Who knows, maybe your children or their children will curse you for inaction by letting the bully criminal take what it wants and leaving them NOTHING! 'Okole maluna!!!!!

Thus the name. It's actually the Native Hawaiian LAND Reorganization Act... not the Native Hawaiian Government Reorganization Act....
