During 1996 the congress of the USA and 128 ministers from different
nations extended and acknowledged Hawaii's most favoured nation status.
The Kingdom of Hawaii gained most favoured nation status during
1843 acknowledged by France and England.
The Akaka Bill is a plot by the local Hawaii democratic party
to delete Hawaiians from their international sovereign status
and make them slaves of American Indian Law and the all white/ha'ole
Senate Commission of Indian Affairs.
In order to delete a nation from most favoured nation status under
international law all the nations with MFN status most vote to either
extend the status or delete it. During the 1897 illegal annexation
resolution of Hawaii by the USA a vote was never ratified by the memebers
of the MFN nations. The vote instigated by the 128 ministers of MFN
nations during 1996 acknowledging and extending MFN status to
the Nation of Hawaii is the proof that Hawaii is still an independent
nation and only a quasi, temporary, state of the USA.
The political views of the Akaka Bill becomes abstract;
On one level you have the Hawaiians like myself who want our stolen lands
back so we are against the Akaka Bill and the independent activists who
want independence from the USA then theres the local democratic
party and OHA who want Hawaiians to have indian tribal status so
they can control the stolen crown/ceded lands, then the rich republican
ha'oles who are against the bill because it will cause a competition
with their investments and profits in the las Vegas and indian
reservation cassinos.
One thing is forsure Hawaii, technicaly, under Hawaiian Kingdom
constitutional law, U.S. constitutional
law and international law is still an independent nation
and is currently a U.S. military weapons depot and an occupied
colony of the USA.
The proof is the fact that the 128 ministers of different foreign
nations with MFN status voted during 1996 to uphold Hawaiis independent
MFN status.
Hawaiians were never allowed to vote for or against the 1897 annexation
resolution so they instigated the KUE petition and obtained
30,000 signatures against the annexation resolution. It was the first
time in history under the U.S. occupation that Hawaiians had a chance
to express themselves as a people. During the 1959 statehood election
Hawaiians were already a minority in their own motherland.
No non-white/ha'ole in their right state of mind would have wanted to be
a part of the USA during 1897. Native Americans, Blacks, Mexicans
and Asians were murdered by racist white christian supremists during
1897 and it was acknowledged by U.S. Constititional law and the
christian church to exterminate
non-white people.
During that time in history Hawaiians had a 100% literacy rate
they could read and write in Hawaiian and English plus they
were part of a highly civilized, aqua-ponic, total independent,
society.
The Akaka Bill will only cause more obsticles for Hawaiians quest
for justice from the USA.
For Hawaiians to be americanized and christianized is no different
than chickens worshipping colonel Sanders and saluting the flag
of KFC.
The world is on the brink of nuclear war and environmental disaster.
Save Hawaii now vote NO for the Akaka Bill!
