ALOHA Kakou, e Ke Aupuni Moi o Hawaii, This is the meetings on Jon Orsorio's Court Case going back to the Hawaii Supreme Court. Imua Jon Orsorio, o Pomai
e Bumbye Uncle Shoyu, I have not read the newspapers lately. But as far as I know Jon Orsorio is still taking His Case to the State Supreme Court. In fact, if I remember right Jon will be having a meetings on his case going to the State Suprreme Court. o Pomai
e Ululani, I'm the Last Person they want to speak.
Who is "they" da event organizers?
One is Jon Orsorio. His Court Case going back to the Hawaii Supreme Court is a very important case. I see his Court Case as the most important case since it centers on the rights of our people based on the Laws of the Hawaiian Kingdom nation.
Uncle, what you talking about? This case pau already. You never read the nupepa?
I am paying attention to your questions and am very glad you are out there for the sake of clarity, so that when we are in the public one can speak on their feet with deeper posturing of their thoughts.
I've been on such a journey recently and Tane has been a real support as far as guidance and all. I'm sure he will be there to steady our journey, just as he has all along the way. Both Poka and Keanu have worked hard on their ideals, thoughts, and published works. This meeting of the minds is a long time coming. We have sat and waited for this day to come for I missed Poka and his hindsights with Dr. Keanu, Dr. Kehaulani and Dr. Maivan. We only were able to view both sides of the argument, but not the pinnacle. This should have an impact on our Kanaka Maoli World view and it's future. I believe that at this time, because we are passed the gentlemen's agreement of the journey and that the last quarter inch is here, we are seeing first hand the finish line.
I am sadden that the "Law of Occupation" will win out only because of the young energy, times, and our future is insight. The de-colonization ideals are old and need a new face forward. But, with the tri-lateral and World Order in our faces, I believe it's much easier to way your arguments on the side of "Law of Occupation."
Truly, as I write these words I know I am selling-out on my own people just because; we need to move on with our economy at their deficits. For poverty has taken it's toll of irreversible harm and the de-colonizers aren't cutting it in the fields. I feel their is an urgency to posture an argument for "Law of Occupation" and all it's mighty blow against the damaging world of affairs. At least we will be able to 'endure' the said time to the other end. The least amount of pain and suffering over time is what I am looking for, but we have yet to form a united front on poverty. Therefore, I have no interest in
de-colonizing only the process of human understanding and meaning of de-occupation for now. I'm sure the young minds in the audience will formulate their thoughts, and wisdom to such a challenge of their Worldview in their order of time and space in an occupied land. Thanks for all your attention that you have given to our postings. We are both working for our nieces future and then some. Kaohi
e Ululani, I'm the Last Person they want to speak. Since 1993 I've Gone Home to my native country, the Hawaiian Kingdom. They do not want speakers with simple solutions to Independence. Listen very carefully to all those speakers, and you'll see that many want someone else to give, recognize their sovereignty or independence. When ever I have the chance I do Stand Up and speak of "Going Home" to the Hawaiian Kingdom nation. Right now my main involvement is with my Court Trial in December for being Arrested while driving my "Honey Boy" van without the FAKE State of Hawaii driving documents. Out there there are many Hawaiian Nationals like me speaking of the Hawaiian Kingdom nation. One is Jon Orsorio. His Court Case going back to the Hawaii Supreme Court is a very important case. I see his Court Case as the most important case since it centers on the rights of our people based on the Laws of the Hawaiian Kingdom nation. I'm very selective of the events that I attend. As I've heard many of the speakers to these events speak many, many times. Many times, it's like a Broken Record to me. Too many times, just speaking of the problems and not of the solutions. We all know of the problems that the overthrow of our nation was illegal. Mahalo nui, e Ululani for being out there.
