A BETTER WAY FOR HAWAI`IʻS LAND IS AT HAND ON “VOICES OF TRUTH - ONE-ON-ONE WITH HAWAI`IʻS FUTURE”

Itʻs an interesting fact that the population of pre-contact Hawai`i was about the same as it is today, yet no food was imported and everyone was well fed.

How was that done?

The ahupua`a land management system of old Hawai`i worked well.

Just ask Mahealani Cypher who is one of many dedicated to bringing it back today. We met her in the ahupua`a of Ko`olaupoko on O`ahuʻs windward side where she explained the system, how it works, whatʻs being done to revive it, and most importantly, why.

    Ehu, this is all Hale o na Alii o Hawaii and the land boundaries drawn by the missionaries.  I am a geographer and Cypher is mixing up intentionally just as she did at the time of the H-3 protest.  But, it is the quality of your work to confuse the young!  We are not dead yet, we still exist barely--but exist!  Hawaiian Civic Club is the extended arm of 'Republic of Hawaii'.  What is transpireing here is the connection to the Organic Act of 1900 and all its amendments--down to Act 195.  Dare to print!
