Early this morning Police arrested Marie Beltran at Mokuleia Beach Park. Marie and her family has been occupying Mokuleia Park for more than a decade on the principle that this land is Hawaiian (ceded) lands and that she and her ohana have every right to be there. She has been arrested before on this issue. She will be staying at the Wahiawa jail until she either bails out or sees the judge.
