a sensitive site. is also called a sacred site, But our people believe that all of the Aina - our creation is sacred.this is a painted rock/cave in the carriso Plains in California. A rare photo image as it is close enough for us to see the smalll pool of water to the right. It is visible from commercial fights, But this is a close-up taken by a very small air craft.We have our solstice and other ceremonies here. our ceremonies are not announced to the public. yet this is a popular place for 'naturalists and has been damaged by those tourists.
