I came across this site by accident, as I was re-searching material for our magazine 'Aloha Dream'. Hope you remember me, Basil and I met you in Hawaii at the Marriott, you sang and danced with us, it was one of my favourite memories of my visit to Hawaii.
I would love to visit the islands again but unless I win the lottery, I think it will be in another life.
We organise Hawaiian style gatherings here about four times a year this is the only time we play Hawaiian music these days, unfortunatly it is a thing of the past here.
Hope you are keeping well, and it would be lovely to hear from you.
Aloha Pat Henriques.
mahalo a nui for the manaʻo. have a great time in hāna, maui, youʻll have a wonderful and blessed time for sure.
been very paʻahana with school,...teaching at nāwahīokalaniʻōpuʻu immersion school, ka haka ʻula o keʻelikōlani college of hawaiian language, and getting another degree in indigenous education at ka haka ʻula. and,...of course, we (as in my siblings and I) have our māmā to mālama,...auē all the things in life that keep us busy, know?! anyways, god bless and a hui hou.
